I sold out as the profit was too tempting.
Will keep a keen interest as I still have those free shells.

I think todays price is an all time high for Biz. Am I right?

We appear to be at a high.

I am rather tempted to take profit now and then invest in the new cash shells, as I am sure they will be looking for investment in them soon.

I hate talking to myself. Biz rising again. I think this time you will see new highs. This can only be good for saf.
Edit 18th November
Still talking to myself todays slight rise in biz takes it near to its high of today. I think it has quite a bit to go.

Hybrasil - Just read the Chairman's Statement. Looks very good. Need to study in more detail when I have more time. Nice to see a profit on property trading as well.

so is the market - shares at an all time high. I still think at these levels ( 20% discount) that they are very good value

If they can do that well trading at Bizspace which isnt a trading company think how well they could do here. On a more factual note if you add up all their pluses on the erinaceous sale the increase in biz that safestore italy should be slowly improving then we should have quite an improvement in the NAV.

Yes, results probably out soon. It will be good to get an update on their plans following the various demergers this year. Sooner or later property trading conditions will become more favourable for them. Expect more of a "steady as she goes" performance from this company, but may be pleasantly surprised one day!
