And again this am - very little stock about- I just reckoned with Bizspace rns today that if Mr L can perform like that for a company they only own 6% of, then what can he do for this.
Last year the results were out on the 17th June. So we should see the figures very soon.

anyyone know what safelands interest in Bizspace is.
Level 2 of advfn says it is 5116301 or at todays 55p £2.8million. Is this right.

I was offered 15k at 72.75p. Thats quite a falll back and with the likely new NAV position looks like good value- any views?

Not really, but be surprised if it's not about a £1 a share. 20% discount + upside on investments and trading (when conditions improve) built in for free.

Yes, just look at the NMS on them - 100 shares...lol! I am surprised they got away listing these with such a small NMS - means they cannot be traded? The three companies are definitely the most unusual shell listings that I have ever seen and I've looked at a few. £50k net assets before a c£20k listing cost and a NMS of 100! Anyway, I am sure that Larry Lipman has some great ideas for these companies and we early investors will benefit. Might try and buy some in the market tomorrow and see what happens! No trading in any of the three companies today!

The AIM listing docs. give more detail:

- Sagittarius Professional Services plc - very particular target sector specified - provision of security, both manned and equipment in the professional services sector.

- Libra Retail - nationwide retail outlets that sell direct to the consumer - e.g. health clubs of factory outlets.

- Taurus Self Storage - uk self storage, locks and safety deposit boxes.

Each listed for £18k less VAT. That must be a record. They will still have £30k of cash left!

Larry's letter states that "Admission to trading on AIM will therefore not be sought for the remaining Secure Ventures Companies at present. The Directors will keep you informed of the revised plans for these Secure Ventures Companies".

Note the word "revised". Looks like they have been a little caught out by the rule changes. Never mind, I think the others may still get used in due course for something.

I will be very interested to see what price these list at on Wednesday. My guess is 1.5-2p each given the pedigree of the board.

Spoke to t&g. Apparently letters are in the post - should be received tomorrow. AIM only approved 3 of the 5 shell floats before the rule changes. Oh well, I guess the others are set-up and ready to go at a later date, if a transaction can be found for them. They could always float the other shells on OFEX for the time being.

3 of the 7 being floated at the moment. Others to follow in due course I expect, although they won't be able to float as shells now unless they raise another £3m as the LSE changed the rules today.

Saggittarius, Taurus and Libra all being floated on 30/3.

No sign of the other 10-day announcements today. Maybe tomorrow! It's getting close to the wire to meet the 31st March deadline.

Is anyone awake. 3 10-day announcements announced today....

Saggittarius, Taurus and Libra all being floated on 30/3. Taurus has a strategy of buying a UK storage business, not an Italian one!

Presumably, the others will be announced tomorrow. No new cash being raised.

We should see the 10-day announcements on the new AIM listings before Friday as I suspect they will be looking to limbo under the 31 March deadline for new shells.
