Hi Tongosti, watch out for the RNS trading statement on Thursday for a potential breakout.

Company's AGM on Thursday 6 June 2024 at midday. Any improving outlook may well see a spike above 61p resistance in the share price. Time will tell.

Morning Nige - I agree 61 to 63 is the area to watch and I will keep sitting this out until we get there first. Complicated bottom that's for sure but not unusual in the context of turnaround stories. Keep the faith mate and come on S4!

Why do you think SMS would sell? I would imagine he has made significant provision for his family already so what would he do with himself after selling out? He's a born business-mam and I think he would love to see the business producing divis year-upon-year just so that he could thumb his nose at his detractors. I doubt he will ever sell out. I can see him leaving everything, or nearly everything to charity. He could have sold out at top price, bought a yacht and toured the Med for evermore but no, that's not the nature of the beast.

Auson, yes agreed, with SMS now over his health scare it is good for the company and its shareholders, plus it also rules out any low ball bid being successful with SMS holding his golden share.

Thats good to hear for Sir Martin. I guess thats one of the possible bidders strategies out the window. Perhaps they just need to go for a buy more shares and demand a seat on the board strategy.

Looks like a rapid rise ahead as we enter H2 as revenue rises.

Brokers forecast much higher ... plenty of gains ahead and Suiters Circulating will push them even higher than Top Analysts Target...
