Auson, your posting on here makes no sense. You have been a non stop bull on here for well over 2 years, over which time the shares have fallen massively. The other main share you were ramping back then was Petrofac pfc, which will be down over 98% since then (when and if it relists). You are a scammer, trying to trick Pi's into buying a terrible investment. Reader's please be careful here, all shares Auson repeatedly posts on are in BIG BIG TROUBLE; Please ignore thumbs up on his posts, they are all part of his scam!!!

What good is it to generate that amount of revenue if the cost of generating it is higher? It reminds me of some of the railway franchises handing the keys back to the government when they realise they were running the contracts at a loss. The return on capital for S4 is diabolical. This company's foundations is built on sand it seems.

You can't go from £54million to over £1billion revenue in 6 years if profit is the priority.

The point being ad agencies typically do have high intangibles and low property plant and current assets as all they really have is the name and its people.

How much have you made on your fictitious short, shame its not real money hey

Yes Auson, those companies have all been making good profits and generating lots of cash for 3 decades. And rewarding shareholders.

S4 on the other, is losing cash, making losses since the company started. And no cash for dividends, of course. You guys keep comparing S4 with huge successful companies. They are a distressed stock.

If you have a solid foundation, you can successfully add acquisitions. If those acquisitions add to profits and cash generation, the company prospers.

If you make losses, lose cash, and make acquisitions to grow quickly. It can all crumble like a stack of cards.

Another big sell off at closing auction. Be very careful here!!!

If you look at the P&L here, you will find that Sfor have made a loss every year since they came to market in 2017.

If you look at the balance sheet, you will see that the majority of their assets are intangible (just a value based on goodwill and their brand). Well over £1B are goodwill (over paying for acquisitions) and intangibles (brand). Way more than the net assets value (ie worth nothing without the hot air!).

So what you are buying here is just a lot of hot air and bravado. The acquisitions kept the hot air going until 2022, but this has been in free fall since then. This behaviour has led to complete collapse of groups in the past. Just like a card pyramid!!

Be very careful here. Qtr1 will cause a downturn. The share price action is showing you the way.

If S4 report in Q1 that we are passed the worst, I would expect a strong bounce in the share price. Although, I'm not expecting it until the second half of the year.

halfpenny,

Going forward yes but I am fairly sure we are not going to see that in Q1, although any improvement on what the market is expecting could see a decent bounce and re-rate.

Lol, I love it. All you little paid rampers scrambling around trying your hardest to discredit me. Instead of ramping the pants off this deeply distressed stock. Now guys seriously, isn't that more worthwhile than trying to trick pi's into buying a poor investment? Otherwise you would be bashing away trying to get pi's excited about Qtr1 results on 11th May. Only to find it tanks again. That's soo boring again and again you guys have done that here!!!!

Auson, Wally covers all bases, he calls this down but will throw in "This will recover in the medium term. But it won't be quick" just so he can claim to be right.

I guarantee that if S4 was to receive a takeover bid tomorrow that Wally would claim to have closed his 58p short, just like he managed to close his 38p short, just in time, just before the share price shot up 65%. His credibility is shocking, I wouldn't believe a word he says, he clearly has an ulterior motive for being here, not the actions of a honest person.

tongosti,

I don't think wally can.

On 15th April wally says he went short at 58p he first mentions this on 24th after shareprice has fallen from 60p to 51p. No posts on 15th he posts on several times on 16th 17th 4 times on the 18th 22nd 23rd all with no mention of 58p short but mentioned closing his other made up short at 38p ! He even talks about this recovering and not worth the risk for a amall punt. see below

Lol, the ramping on this BB is ridiculous. Huge ye ha we are going to the moon on the way up. Shocked quiet on the way down.

This will recover in the medium term. But it won't be quick. Massive amounts of debt, and a poor business outlook will make recovery look like paint drying.

Decided to close my short at 38p.

This may fall further, but has been a great investment. Some good value elsewhere. Stuck money into glencore at 400.

Was disappointed there was no refinancing needed here. Yet'

Lol auson,

You are not really comparing a huge gambling distressed share with few assets and £200m of debt with a £60bn valued commodity giant with £80bn commodity based net assets and a 8% dividend. Are you?

My investment there is up nearly 20% in 3 months with a 4% dividend coming and another in August. Although it is a 6 figure sum, I can cash it in easily.

This investment is barely surviving. Not worth the risk currently imho. Even for a small punt. Could easily turn down rapidly.'

Lol tongosti, of course I don't immediately make money on my trades. However, some stocks I do get a really good feel for. Just like your 100% lose rate here. Won't be long before this heads back down to 40p. It is only a very strong market that is currently keeping this up. Over the last 2 years this has risen lots of times and always quickly sold off again. Share normal behaviour dictates that S4 are now much more likely to revisit the lows again. What happens then will depend on the results but I suspect they could drag this further down.

I am not sure what more evidence you need. I post when I open and close my positions. Of course, you are not here to trade, you are here to encourage other pi's to buy (a unpopular and distressed stock). The rest is just bluff and an attempt to establish credibility. No trader only posts/trades on 1 stock. Especially 1 where they have 100% loss rate.

No one falls for your bullshxt!!
