09/3/2020 00:32 | If only we had a few Bonds. Everyone's scrambling for bonds. | swanvesta
09/3/2020 00:28 | Yes, most people recover, but the cases overall are most probably under-reported anyway. Look at the numbers from Italy - 133 dead today, which is on a par with the worst days of the Chinese epidemic. That's equivalent to 48,000 a year, from a limited area of the country. And it's not slowing down. | swanvesta
09/3/2020 00:06 | Don't forget though that the bloody media is still quoting infection figures gross - without adjusting them downwards for people infected who have RECOVERED! | fardels bear
09/3/2020 00:05 | Which we are not going to do. Anybody get the feeling that we are watching a Bond movie where for the first time SPECTRE got the better of him? | fardels bear
08/3/2020 23:26 | no more like 5 imo | itsnotmeitsy0u

08/3/2020 22:15 | Wow!!Oil plunging -30% to $31 | shafaq
07/3/2020 23:50 | I suspect there's an ulterior motive going on here and that is to expose the Net Zero 2050 concept as being utterly foolish. If oil prices drop to say $30 then offshore wind and solar farms etc will start to look stupidly expensive and governments will row back on their commitments to cutting carbon. There's a battleground going on here. US shale is massively indebted; renewables are massively taxpayer subsidised. Therefore there is a clear win for sensible O&G companies with low debt to clean up pending any real viable alternative to run the global economy. | spawny100
07/3/2020 23:32 | Apparently Saudis planning to pump 12.5 mil bopd per day!Not good | costax1654x

07/3/2020 19:12 | Bobby it will probably fall on deaf ears but nicely summed up nonetheless, thanks. I added last week and will add in the weeks to come if it drops more, cash at a discount with an oil Co thrown in. | paleje
07/3/2020 18:31 | Good post Bobby thank you. You've almost persuaded me to buy mine back. | spawny100
07/3/2020 18:26 | you will be telling us next that you sold everything and not in anything which hasnt gone down lol | lukead
07/3/2020 16:58 | Well I don't know about that. I sold most of mine at 1830, as I announced at the time. If I bought them all back at close last Friday I'd have had £29,000 to spare to go towards some other bargains. As it happens I didn't buy them back as the media hysteria hasn't finished yet. Like I keep saying, in order to die of coronavirus you've first got to catch it, and it's not that infectious. | fardels bear |
