ExxonMobil, the world's largest oil company stated that the Falkland Islands contained INSUFFICIENT hydrocarbons to make exploration and development worthwhile or profitable.



After extensive test drilling in the North Falkland Basin, Royal Dutch Shell also concluded that there were INSUFFICIENT Oil reserves to make commercial recovery profitable.



Before going BUST, Desire Petroleum discovered sea water not Oil in the North Falklands Basin.

Rkh have already paid tax on benefits they received and used the provision section I quoted to get the sum DOWN from £64.4 m to £59.6m.

I believe that the whole of the £59.6m should disappear as I think it relates to those now defunct hundreds of millions of carries from PMO which disappear as HBR walks away.

We never got their benefit; the tax on them should disappear with HBR
