Agree with that gaffer. Harbour say the closing of the deal is imminent so not too long before Navitas & RKH can really get going with plans & funding arrangements.

I’m sure Navitas have been doing what they can behind the scenes anyway.

It doesn't matter. Funding is funding and something Navitas are very good at. The fact is that RKH(when paid) will be in a far stronger financial position than they are now. The loan from Navitas will be reduced and RKH's financial commitments will be covered.I can see SL progressing at a much faster rate now.

Did anyone else notice that the two large orders were filled yesterday? One for 500k & the other 400k, it was a good time to purchase with the wider markets being pummelled!

Anybody who wants to DM me I can show you confirmation that Nigoil is lying.

No surprise there after he’s been lying for 3 years about “news sooooon”.

I repeat, neither Rockhopper or their lawyers have had any contact from the Italian side and they have no idea about their intentions at this stage. Any suggestion of early payment is either speculation or outright lies.

You can believe what you like Nigoil. I know Sam was in a meeting with the lawyers yesterday but he was out of it by 5.30pm and he confirmed directly to me that they haven’t had any contact from the Italians. He reiterated that they have 120 days so wasn’t sure when or whether they would be in touch.

So your twitcher mates are making it up!

Payment could come soon, but equally they may have to wait until next year to enforce.

Thankfully interest will accrue but it could take a long time to get the money if Italy dig their heels in.

The reality is that nobody knows how the Italians will react or what their plan is yet. So please stop the nonsense.

I'm sure I read in Rockhopper's Financial Accounts that it still owes the Falklands Island Government around £65 Million in relation to unpaid Exploration / Drilling licences.

Here are those further details of the Tax Settlement Deed

Rockhopper's total Tax Liability agreed at £90.3 million with £26.0 million already paid by Rockhopper leaving an unpaid Tax Liability of £64.4 million

Outstanding Tax Liability intended to be binding and irrevocable.

Rockhopper has granted to the Falklands Island Government a fixed and floating security over all of its assets (including any future Arbitration settlements).

WE find it hard to believe that anyone has spoken to Sam today, as he has been locked in a meeting with Rkh Lawyers and Bod discussing the OM outcome and the award implications regarding Rkh finances moving forward !.... :-)

Perhaps but someone could simply bid for rockhopper on the cheap and value could be outed that way. Lots of options and when you have c.180m on the way you are in a much better position indeed.

120 mill is a drop in the bucket compared!to what navitas will have to raise to drill this. Rewards for RKH holders are about 7 years awsy, if ever

Nigoil I spoke to Sam Moody today and they’ve heard nothing from the Italians so your twitcher mates are wrong.

Don’t let “payment soon” become the new “news soon” for goodness sake.

Stop ramping now, just leave things be and all will be resolved eventually. I doubt it will be quick though.

Warrants: if redeemed as they have matured,no charge,if bought and sold in the market,it would be based on the consideration,the same as any other consideration comments anyone?
