26/8/2022 12:09 | Cyan - I suggest you do some research. Mgtbhas stated intention to use some of the Italian cash ( when received and after deductions to put towards its share of costs under the Navitas agreements. Perhaps you should read recent announcements. | jnbrw
26/8/2022 12:05 | JNBRW TOTAL decom liabilities was $18.287m as at YE 2021 Of that RKH state $14.2 relate to the Italian junk It follows that $4.087m relates to the Falklands Where do you get 65m from? You wrote; "Unfortunately, exploring a virgin territory is a very costly business..." Oh dear. RKH will not be financing exploration. That's been done. I respectfully suggest you research the history of this company.. | cyan
26/8/2022 12:00 | SORRY YOUR CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED !!! because the money is still in Italy in the Banca d'Italia | buy2sell1
26/8/2022 11:54 | Buffit you can deny the facts if you want but we are still gonna need loads of cash ( i e. Debt/ dilution) before we even get close to seeing the oil flow... Unfortunately, exploring a virgin territory is a very costly business... | jnbrw
26/8/2022 11:47 | JNBRW - Stick to deramping - maths is not your strong point ! | buffit1
26/8/2022 11:40 | Cyan - so that's 18 2m plus 14.2m plus 65m = 97.4 million ?? That's before any contribution to Navitas for rkh share and dependant upon Italy coughing up and not dragging on for years... | jnbrw
26/8/2022 11:29 | The biggest problem for Rockhopper Exploration PLC and it's shareholders will be getting the Italian Government to actually pay any or some of the Ombre Mare settlement. Getting any money could take years and that's assuming the Italian Government cooperate willingly (which is doubtful). | dissentingvoices
26/8/2022 11:26 | Good morning JNBRW. You wrote ; "I think potential decommissioning liabilities at Stanley were roughly on the region of 10 to 20 million?" RKH annual results stated total decommissioning liabilities were $18.287m as at YE 21 The 15.6.22 RNS these lines; "In addition, the Company holds legacy interests in various Italian licences following its acquisition of Mediterranean Oil and Gas plc in 2014. Many of these interests will require abandonment at some point in the future. As disclosed in the Company's 2021 Annual Report, the total estimated cost of the eventual field abandonment and site restoration was US$14.2 million. Currently no material costs in relation to these activities are envisaged before the end of 2024. " So 18.278 minus 14.2 will give you Falkland island decom liability. But that is not going to impact anytime soon as we need the local facilities. | cyan

26/8/2022 10:56 | I think potential decommissioning liabilities at Stanley were roughly on the region of 10 to 20 million? Not sure of the costs to exit OM?? | jnbrw
26/8/2022 10:50 | and, as if by magic: Here are those further details of the Tax Settlement Deed Rockhopper's total Tax Liability agreed at £90.3 million with £26.0 million already paid by Rockhopper leaving an unpaid Tax Liability of £64.4 million Outstanding Tax Liability intended to be binding and irrevocable. Rockhopper has granted to the Falklands Island Government a fixed and floating security over all of its assets (including any future Arbitration settlements). | buy2sell1
26/8/2022 10:40 | I'm sure I read in Rockhopper's Financial Accounts that it still owes the Falklands Island Government around £65 Million in relation to unpaid Exploration / Drilling licences. | buy2sell1
26/8/2022 10:20 | A certain amount of the 150m sterling will be taken by the legal costs/fees ( higher because bwe went ahead on a no win no fee basis) There are also royalties due to FI gov. Costs of decommissioning harbour and costs associated with leaving OM Much of the cash ( when received) is already earmarked. | jnbrw

26/8/2022 09:38 | We don't want it distributed, we want it to fund SL and turn RKH into a mid sized producer. Well I do anyway. | gaffer73
26/8/2022 09:22 | From there it goes to swell Navitas's coffers, not RKH.People dont understand that RKH cant distribute the money to the share holders under the FIG agreement. It goes into the pot for NAVITAS to extract every last fathing, and maybe down the road, RKH may get a few crumbs LOL | taxibabe
26/8/2022 06:05 | Oh yes, it is still in Italy in the Banca d'Italia | buy2sell1

25/8/2022 22:08 | I understand your frustration having held this for a few years myself! I doubt the share price will fall back too much once the money is in the bank simply because of the intrinsic value. 150m cash is worth 150m. Imo the share price has fallen in recent years due to cash burn and increased shares in issue, along with a plummet in oil prices and uncertainty over SL.Your Bitcoin is waiting to be transferred, just PM me your Bitcoin address and I'll send it over. | gaffer73
