Anothr acquisition - WHY? when are they supposed to do acquisitions? Isn't it obvious they have scale now and reach just don't have the client base to fill that reach so hence the perk and R1 deals would you think they should have this massive shopfront with no goods inside to sell.
As for the share price it is what is would love it to be higher but that doesn't matter right now only if you get caught short when a bid comes in

TOSCA recently added, so they must be satisfied. The drift in share price is possibly related to the influence TOSCA has over mms. They are such a good customer with power that it is possible they can simply say what price they want to pay and the lackies obey.
