The problem is is tosca own so many shares they can easily control the share price. Without a real chunky update from the company there simply won't be enough volume to move the share price. R1 obviously not willing to release news.

According to a new PriceWaterhouseCoopers Entertainment and Media Global Outlook report, just five tech companies topped by Google dominate nearly all online advertising. Of those five, three are primarily advertising in China.

"The twelve companies just behind the big five advertising giants are Yahoo! Microsoft, Linkedin, IAC, Verizon, Amazon, Pandora, Twitter, Yelp, Snapchat, Sina, and Sohu. These companies generate approximately half of the advertising revenue that Google generates every year. The reason for the development of this duopoly is in part down to the lack of regulation in online advertising, a point that Press Gazette made when launching their campaign in April."

I think the annual report numbers plus recent holdings notices are the safest bet. In particular the R1 shareholders page (first set of numbers you've quoted) is hopeless apart from reporting actual holdings notices - and even then they don't quote the date. The HL, TD, Barclays and Halifax numbers haven't been updated for years (literally) on that page.

Leluot.I thought Brian was not hip getting his 8 million shares?Just existing shares and a years pay severance and an advisory fee.However, he did advise old BLNX to buy his firm for $72 million and they did....and he sold it for a million dollars.Just a thought but if I was RTHM I would not be taken no his advice.At least Mr Hastings speaks the 'Queens' and has much more enthusiasm and charisma.Will he have the business acumen-to match?

Hendersons owned 29% of Stanley Gibbons(SGI)...
Lombard took over Hendersons, hence their shareholding...
SGI are up for sale..Tosca have appeared on the register and have been slowing increasing their holding there...

It seems clear that Perk shareholders have sold out and high-tailed it out of Dodge City, to be closely followed by SBM

A Swiss hedge fund has joined us on the share register. Their other big investment is in Stanley Gibbons the stamp collectors where I think they have 29%.

Tosca are still looking for the $200m they invested in San Leon Energy which has disappeared somewhere down the mangrove swamps in the Niger Delta.

we have sussed out that Barky appears to work for FTI and is possibly not the only one from that company on the boards

apart from all that everything is really great
