Can one of you very clever guys explain in layman's term how the price drops from 49p to 40p on what everyone says is a good y/e, agm, analysts upgrade all round?

All I see is the cash in the bank slowly disappearing with none being added!

IMO announced a good set of results and Tosca reduced...
They have now reduced after the TU a few weeks ago and now after the results...

Taking advantage of the increase in share price . not holding for a takeover bid..

So it doesn't really help in what Tosca might do with 1R, does it?

gl, that's the thing, previous years, posters also said that they were optimistic in 'the past' and it's different 'this year'...
If 1R back up their bullish comments then the share price will take of itself...

Will be getting a trading update this week seeing at the AGM everything was in line with market expectations but we were also told that we would get a trading update at the end of every quarter which the last one was June 30?

I'd be a little more concerned about the fact that Rupert the Bear wears a hearing aid than establishing who he really is, :-)

well at least he admitted he has been too optimistic in the past and he seems to be a gentleman so we will give him a free pass but note that he is prone to indulging in a little fantasy now and again

speaking of other posters I see Horsetrader has bailed out over on the LSE, now that guy was hard headed and grounded and always worth reading

Most people at the AGM said hello to SC as the AGMs for 1R are quite informal.

N+1 Singer - RhythmOne - Adding to the proposition and scale

n a news packed update RhythmOne confirmed that it has made another acquisition that bolsters the proposition and adds scale. RadiumOne also brings an international footprint that will help support the international expansion launched less than a year ago. While the deal lifts EPS 7.6% this year, the more significant benefit flows in FY19 with a 28.7% boosts to EPS.
