Cervelo, I agree. I'm not convinced this acquisition is negative at all for the company if it improves the fill rate. But, investors are entitled to a trading update.

Cervelo ... yes, I guessed that. My point was that they give vague guidance as they don't have anything more positive to offer ... they will never be straight with shareholders. This is a share for speculators.

Traffic was supposed to have improved huge amounts.. but trading is in-line...

Cervelo - the answer is no. They are still loss making and cash burning ... but with plenty of cash to stay in business until that changes (presuming that it will) ... when they believe that cash in will be higher than cash out they will scream it from the rooftops!

Could someone attending the AGM suggest the company stops being so bloody cryptic and contemptuous with respect to its forward guidance. In line with management expectations means nothing . Management could be expecting to make money or to lose money but we shareholders are none the wiser. Does the company expect to make any cash or not, put it on the line.

Good news regarding the replacing of Brian. Ted seems to be a more articulate communicator.They have pushed the trading update until July. No details in the RNS. In line should mean better than 2017 Q4.
