yesterday's holding rns for AVG selling 15m on 20th June...

I can't see today's being as part of AVG's holding...

Oops that was a typical argument advanced during the internet bubble just after the turn of the Millennium

as companies made acquisition after disastrous acquisition they eventually sought to justify them by saying look at the wonderful executive team we have brought on board with the latest deal. It rarely worked out that way

instead of taking over Perk they could just have offered Hastings a job, everyone has their price

So if that rationale comes up during the AGM, expect the worst from here on in.

RadiumOne Sells Assets to RhythmOne

The marketing startup had raised around $90 million in equity and debt from investors






Rhythmone PLC (LON:RTHM) was upgraded by analysts at Numis Securities Ltd to a buy rating. Numis Securities Ltd currently has GBX 61 ($0.78) price target on the stock, up from their previous price target of GBX 52 ($0.66).

We have won - only fun and a few quid to come. The price hasn't changed, 240p and hopefully with at least two parties interested.....scaffolders told me the big river some time back - I believe I posted it up?

Anyway - seems like a few more posters are predicting that now.

I think the AGM was as positive as they get. Across the board broker upgrades. A great focused team working to build this company into a rather valuable outfit. Sit back and enjoy the ride.

LCWA that 1 account is $40mil + and was about 64% of the perk business and has for out look more jam tomorrow but they have a plan now and Ted seems to be the man for the job seeing he's done over 30 deals in the last 10yrs and it down the M&A route now with land grab

AVG had $1mil in perk when it start off with took $2mil out out a few years back and the 1R shares were free and a good time to cash in was hinted at
