Depends which figures you are looking at U23. There are figures with and without lease liabilities that a business like this has to consider, plus the debt at 18.5m

Always look at the cash figures from the interims and finals (these are less easily massaged than the "adjusted" earnings). Most companies like to keep debt between 1.5-2.5 and here its closer to 3 even on the adjusted measure.

Going into a potential downturn where discretional spending will be lower with high utility bills doesn't favour pubs and bars. If it survives 2-3 years without a fund raise it will have done well.

It may turn things around and then I'll kick myself at these levels. But its a huge punt.

EBITDA of £6.7m (worst case) v market cap of £12m. Isn't this a bargain at this price?

Why not open your own cage fighting in animal costumes bars? It’s obviously a nailed on money spinner.
Or how about inventing a spray can that makes dog poo invisible?

I have voted against every resolution at the AGM. From the stonegate/Deltic bid debacle to the cva and multiple shareholder bail outs, Edelman somehow survives along with some terrible neds and execs and then having finally got the business on an even keel they borrow a ton of money to go into a different business from the one I have invested in. Edelman and co have destroyed over £120m in shareholder value and they still have jobs, big salaries and another round of free options. The arrogance of these people and the contempt they have for their shareholders. Well as far as I am concerned they can f right off. I hope my vote is not an isolated one."

Sadly...only 30pc of shareholders bothered voting....and this heap of excrement is the result

Some years ago I suggested that cage fighting should be introduced into RBG bars.
This was poo-pooed of course.
Well I hope you are all happy now.
Cage fighting especially in animal costumes could have turned the fortunes of this company around big time.
Too late now.

Went passed the Southampton Revolution at 10 last night and completely empty....perhaps that's typical on a Wednesday night?

I've added another 2k to my big loss here. Just enough to have sizable exposure without suffering too much if it keeps going against me. The nice thing about these markets is that there are so many bargains out there so there is no need to over-expose yourself to any stock.

look at the average age of the spoons drinker. the target market is completely different. This isn't to say Rev Bar group doesn't have problems but really I'd te spoobs a competitor. I think not

When Keith Edelman buys you know its near the bottom. No purchase by him as yet so looks to go lower from current level.
