These guys must be thinking of a capital raise, what has the CEO done to this company. It's bloody disgusting

Oh aye, run it into the ground then grant yers'en a load of (nearly)nil-cost share options. That'll endear you to shareholders!

Need to move K E out as he is bad news when he sits on any quoted company board.

Looks like the future is bleak for Revolution Bars that's one hell of an annual loss.
Really they need someone like Luke Johnson to rake control and see what can be recovered

K E has done a sterling job here in loading RBG with expensive debt when trading is under pressure. As the saying goes ' another fine mess etc'

Dire, loaded with debt, drinking is not what it used to be, lower revenues, sky high rents, now punters scared to go out due to heightened Middle East tensions.

Loads of reasons why this is not a recovery play imo

Sadly the one item missing from the wheel of fortune is this one

TOTALLY DREADFUL BOARD AND MANAGEMENT STEALING THE LAST FEW REMAINING PENNIES FROM SHAREHOLDERS BEFORE GOING BUST

Last year management spent £16m of shareholders money to buy Peach Tree Pubs.

Just one year later the current market cap is £8m.

Management awarded themselves 4.5M of nil cost shares for this!

CEO Rob Pitcher total compensation

2021 - £440k
2022 - £760k

Sickening levels of greed for total incompetent performance.

I would not let this guy even clean the glasses in one of the pubs he's supposed to be running.

Disaster as in buying 1.1m shares at 11p, and selling them at 35p?

Another company that K E has 'succeeded' with, using his own style of adding debt to very high levels.

Can’t seem these surviving, high debts, higher rates, higher for longer, drinkers spending less and drinking less alcohol, the chart says it all really, avoid or only for desperate gamblers & spivs

bspgamer. I looked at all listed pub/bars last summer and came to the "cynical conclusion that the only winners were the salaried company management" at RBG.

3 days now of higher volumes into a dropping share price.
Still only £50k per day.
I hold no position in RBG and unlikely to open one.
