17/10/2022 09:57 | Hopefully GLG partners will close their short now. | gregsc
17/10/2022 08:50 | The Times Tempus tipped this yesterday. | robsy2
15/10/2022 00:26 | 5 should be strong support, [May-July 2021] but I'd like to see 5 hold at least to the end of NEXT week before I'd feel like adding more. Or, of course, a climb starting again ;-) | outsizeclothes.com
14/10/2022 12:59 | Well it's back with a 5 handle for now.. | dplewis1
13/10/2022 13:36 | Unfortunately not :-( If £5 not regained quickly, the downward target is a weak support around £4.35, and then a stronger resistance at £4. | outsizeclothes.com
13/10/2022 11:16 | I see batman ears, outsizeclothes does that mean we're heading up from here.. | dplewis1
12/10/2022 15:57 | Outstanding shares increased from 80,060 M to 80,070. Perhaps insignificant one might say, but thought I'd mention this. | theolonghair
11/10/2022 22:47 | OK ,hands up all of us who wishes we had looked at the buy rumours as an exit point? Its a bit pointless to look back and regret , but perhaps there are lessons to learn. I suspect most of us will be reluctant to sell on this drop and hold on in hope of better times , something for which PIs are laughed at by fund managers. It is partly a question of timescale. If this was an imminent part of your pension pot then you might be more keen to sell but I don't think this is a company in trouble. If you believe the last bit of the statement; why would you sell? We remain confident of the medium- and long-term prospects as we see continued development of the circular economy and evolution of the market for low carbon secondary materials. | wad collector
11/10/2022 19:55 | Strange, I'd have thought there were far better short opps out there than Renewi but GLG know their onions so they must see something amiss | dplewis1
11/10/2022 19:36 | Looking like GLG continues to throw a short out in the stock. | sausage7
05/10/2022 14:26 | George will will do the translation! | robsy2
05/10/2022 14:13 | Increases debt a little more no doubt. It would be nice to have an article with a few figures to go with this news. A basic Google gave nothing more that this news from a Dutch recycling Mag. This and Paro will also push out the date of returning to any divvy payment. Before Paro I'd been hoping for a divvy again, even if only starting at 10p. | outsizeclothes.com
05/10/2022 13:47 | bedankt Long Hair, just used Google Transalte to read the news. The Renewi management are on the front foot as a consolidator in their market by the looks of things. | sausage7
05/10/2022 10:53 | Renewi takeover Gebr. Van Der Voort. In The Netherlands. Prior to that they did the same with Paro. So.. some investments and growth internally. Will reap in the future presumably. | theolonghair
04/10/2022 16:20 | GLG Partners opened their short at around 738 and increased it yesterday. Hopefully if RWI rise more they will close it soon. | gregsc
04/10/2022 10:42 | First upward resistance target - 620p | outsizeclothes.com
03/10/2022 11:05 | Thanks for the comments guys. One small point from the statement, was interesting to read that some commodities are falling in price. The stock is too cheap, it will be lifted if it stays at these levels. The Shop brokers have to pull out their fingers and give the price some support. | sausage7
03/10/2022 10:49 | Today's trading update must be viewed as a 'profit warning' of sorts, in that the second half has seen a slow down from the exceptional first half. I expected the warnings on inflation, but overall I think this reads as a 'steady as you go' type statement, and certainly far from justifying the 850 to 540 drop !!! | outsizeclothes.com
03/10/2022 10:40 | 540 hit :-( Chart-wise this should now be a big resistance level, and there are a cluster of resistance levels between 540 and £5, so the brakes should come on here. | outsizeclothes.com
27/9/2022 09:17 | Value looks pretty compelling here. I hope it stays independent. The only way to ensure that is to get the share price up!! | robsy2
27/9/2022 08:24 | US private equity firm Energy Capital Partners and UK waste collector Biffa agree on GBp 410 per share offer. I think they pay around 8 * EV/EBITDA. Looks like one is still interested in waste . . . | count dis
26/9/2022 09:55 | Following on from last week. Have added to my position at 580p…right or wrong, see you on the other side… | sausage7
23/9/2022 09:45 | Open question, sorry to ask, but I am baffled. Does anyone have any idea why this aggressive sell-off? Some nasty news out there that we don’t know? High debt levels and therefore rising servicing costs? I have no idea. | sausage7
22/9/2022 08:45 | French utility Suez SA offered to buy back its former UK waste-treatment business from Veolia Environnement SA for £2 billion ($2.3 billion), trumping Macquarie Group Ltd.’s agreement to purchase the unit. Suez got the green light from its owners, which include Global Infrastructure Partners and Meridiam SAS, to use its preemption rights to acquire the British assets, matching the offer made last month by the Australian financial firm Macquarie. “This transaction will strengthen Suez’s activities in the waste management sector and increase the share of its international activities,” the French company said in a statement Wednesday, confirming an earlier Bloomberg News report. So, what is Macquarie going to buy now? | count dis
21/9/2022 16:20 | Next downward target is 610, - unfortunately :-( But, chart-wise, 610 should prove a stronger resistence point, being the low starting point of the last broken upward channel. If though, and that's a big IF, 610 goes on an 'end of week', the next target is all the way down at 540. | outsizeclothes.com |
