01/9/2021 18:09 | Augean received a higher takeover bid. No news expected for RWI unfortunately until the trading update on 1 Oct, unless somethings pops up. Could see more inflows into RWI after the AUG.L delisting | george stobart

12/8/2021 14:44 | big volume day on no news (?), unless the buyer knows something seems like an institutional buyer rather than penny flippers no news / updates expected unfortunately on this one until Oct-21 | george stobart
12/8/2021 14:43 | A prescient comment Fredericius! Good to see some price action. | sausage7
10/8/2021 16:44 | With strong recovery of the economies of Belgium and The Netherlands, the approval to use the ATM product for construction purposes and the soaring prices of construction materials, it’s just a matter of time. | fredericius
03/8/2021 09:31 | I agree Oustsize,Greg, there is activity in this sector but my concern is that a depressed share price could lead to a lower premium if a bid does come. We have seen it before recently. A bored and inactive institutional shareholder base are happy to take the money as long as it provides an uplift in their Quarterly performance report. And where are these green funds on the continent, on holiday most likely or putting out the bins ! | sausage7
02/8/2021 16:40 | Lidl's owner continues to acquire more waste companies in Europe. ( From a Dutch trade journal dated 27 July) Prezero continues to expand through acquisition. The waste management subsidiary of Germany's Schwarz Group has reached an agreement with Ferrovial to purchase its environmental services operations in Spain and Portugal. The transaction covers waste collection, processing and recycling, and other enviromental services, the two companies announced today. With the acquisition, Prezero is entering the waste management markets in Spain and Portugal for the first time. | gregsc
30/7/2021 19:26 | Mainly agree Sausage7, although I don't think, IF bigger and institutional types are now 'entitled' to buy it for "Green Portfolios" it will fall any distance worth below £5, as we should have buyers. But we will possibly need more favourable news, either generally (or company specific), to get things going upwards again. Something like "Delta fading out in the Benelux countries" or "After deals for Augean, and others in the Waste Recycling sector, Private Equity is now eyeing up Renewi" | outsizeclothes.com
30/7/2021 10:04 | The consolidation has sucked the life out of the smaller investor market and therefore the smaller holdings are bleeding into the market with no buyers. The price will be depressed until the next results statement. A bucket of cold water has been thrown over the promising recovery story. Shame. | sausage7
29/7/2021 17:13 | This doesn't seem to be going anywhere at the moment. My wife has been urging me to sell my stake, but putting 100K (new) shares on the market at the moment would probably not be appreciated. | gregsc
22/7/2021 08:51 | Yep seems to have settled into it now, spread very good this morning and volumes seem to be recovering | dplewis1 |
