27/5/2021 09:36 | Interesting, the compliant portfolio rules. Can you elaborate? | robsy2
27/5/2021 09:20 | This consolidation cannot be a reason to sell. You would have 1/10th of your current number of shares but the share price will be 10 times greater, so no change in the overall value of your RWI holding. This is not a case where a big share consolidation (e.g. 100 to 1) is used to eliminate small shareholders after huge share price declines (like .com shares down >95%). These small shareholders end up with fractional post-consolidation shares and receive small amounts of cash in exchange. I think this consolidation is intended to bring the share out of the penny share territory (i.e. share price less than £1), which will change the perception of risk of potential shareholders and will enable fund managers (who up till now were restricted by compliance portfolio rules) to buy RWI. | spypat
27/5/2021 09:05 | Gosh you lot are a lot of happy bunnies this morning, you would have thought they had warned. | spooky
27/5/2021 08:58 | Does a share consolidation really matter, pethaps, but for me the improving outlook and operations still offers big recovery. 80p plus in time, and div should return one day, lets see what the price is then. | its the oxman
27/5/2021 08:49 | I was very disappointed to see the 1/10 share consolidation. Decided to sell this morning and take my overall profit. Will look again post consolidation. GLA | catch007
27/5/2021 08:48 | RENEWI PLC RWI.L: PEEL HUNT RAISES TARGET PRICE TO 85P FROM 64P | george stobbart
27/5/2021 08:13 | Positive on balance - Another outlook upgrade, this time for the full year FY22 - 1/10 consolidation in order to escape from the penny stock purgatory. The statement says that this was requested from Dutch investors. - Net debt aggressively down to 2.2x - Legacy ATM now at 30% capacity from 0% a few months back, despite delays | george stobbart
27/5/2021 07:24 | Looking positive - Not sure why proposing a 1 for 10 consolidation - Will make the shares look expensive. No dividend - Analyst presentaion - will be on corporate website Will be interesting to se Market reaction - Guess Steady as she goes with (imo) probability of a slight retraction as may be below expectations of many | pugugly
26/5/2021 18:46 | I am hoping that there will be much more positive progress than negatives tomorrow. Not sure they will reinstate a dividend however it would be a sign that the business outlook is improving. | catch007
26/5/2021 15:25 | Good spot. | robsy2
26/5/2021 14:27 | Renewi bond investors also look bullish: RWI 2024 yielding 2.18%(all time lows) RWI 2022 yielding 1.86%(all time lows) | george stobbart
26/5/2021 08:31 | S&P increased ESG evaluation score to 83 from 75 | dplewis1
25/5/2021 22:15 | I would prefer if any dividend is of the token variety. Core (ex leases) net debt was 350m at last count or 5x EBIT. And while EBIT should grow in this financial year there are headwinds to core net debt as tax holidays expire. | pdosullivan
25/5/2021 12:18 | Some likely positives ahead of the annuals: - Reinstatement of the dividend. Even 0.25-0.5p will be nice as a starting point. - Upgrade in outlook. - News regarding the 'new' ATM with the secondary material separation. Will it reach 100% capacity by Mar-22? - Pricing trends within core commercial division in Benelux. - Further debt reduction. Some likely negatives: - Delays in selling the stored & treated soil by legacy ATM. Are storage costs still that high after nearly 3 years of keeping the hazardous soil? - More non-cash impairments? - Inflationary pressures (ie commodities, power & electricity, labor etc) within commercial division in Benelux. Can they pass it through to customers via price raises? | george stobbart
25/5/2021 11:20 | I'd like news on the divvy. It's scale could signal greater confidence going forward, or not ! | outsizeclothes.com
24/5/2021 10:45 | Yes if they upgrade their outlook for the 4th consecutive time during the last 12 months, it could help share price move past 55-60p | george stobbart
24/5/2021 10:30 | Could be. No problem for me. I am loaded up with shares and am expecting good news over the coming months and years. We should see 100p again here at some point. | robsy2

18/5/2021 10:09 | As I recall there is news due this month? Hoping the share price rerate will start in earnest. GLA | catch007
18/5/2021 09:31 | Nice to be back above 50p | its the oxman
13/5/2021 10:29 | rwi caught up in this market slump. annuals out on the 27 May so we might get some news there | george stobbart
