RDW performing well today against a backdrop of news from Greece and falls in the FT100 and FT250.

This morning Jefferies raises RDW target price to 546p from 459p. This is more or less in line with the HSBC target price of 555p in their note dated 10th June 2015.
Price of RDW is 450p this morning. This puts RDW on a fwd P/E of 9.4 for y/e June 2016 and for y/e June 2017 that P/E is 8.4. Still very cheap IMO.

Posting a link I spotted in the BVS thread



The above article shows PEG figures for the major housebuilders, the lowest being 0.3 for RDW and BVS, showing that these two companies are the most undervalued in the sector.

I looked at this over the weekend and whilst the fundamentals look good I was concerned and put off by the Group Chief Executive's sale of £1.2m of his shares in the company last week representing more than 50% of his previous holding.

There's usually an Interim Management Statement made towards the end of April which might ignite the share price.
