I've been keeping one eye on these since the last Interim results. Finally got round to picking up a few today. :-)

Chart looking ever stronger here.

I agree with all comments made above; strong sector tail-wind, one of the cheapest builders etc etc...

No denying that the house-building sector is flying and happy to hold RDW alongside my TEF.

The previous two director dealings were exercise of options.

TDI, who get their figures from Morning Star have the following
Jun 2015 - EPS 39.85 DPS 6p
Jun 2016 - EPS 47.00 DPS 9p

If the company manage to achieve the Jun 2016 forecast, the shares still look cheap on a forward p/e of around 7.5
