KS seems to be happy to go for it without offering a premium & seems to be confident.
After the first requisition the BoD made certain assurances, none of which they have kept.
Colle Santo seems to be the catalyst that has made their position untenable & not before time IMHO. They couldn't run a bath let alone a company.

I see that I have around another week to cast my vote. I wasn't going to vote but after this morning's shenanigans am now tempted to vote the existing directors out. The only thing that bothers me is that no offer with a premium has been tabled for the company which would be the usual way to take a company over.

that RNS saying if they are voted out, we could be delisted has kinda backfired... Market makers happy to knock the price, mug punters scared and selling, price goes down, and most of the rest of us are even angrier

If the motion is carried the 'advisors' would probably be dumped anyway, they definitely would be now! That RNS is stupid, it just encourages holders to vote for the motion.

They wouldn't dare to issue more shares to LNe. Its possible they could announce a funding solution for Rathlin I suppose but how believable would that be ?
