20/12/2023 15:49 | current lot dont seem able to progress WN, new lot say its their top priority and they can fine funding to bail rathlin out | currypasty
20/12/2023 15:09 | Disagree with everything you say squiresquire but each to their own. | uggy100

20/12/2023 13:10 | Got message from brokers. Our holdings have voted against all 9 resolutions...Done and Dusted. Roll on West Newton and for that matter Colle Santo that now looks to be handled by the Italian Govt far better than in the past. They really do appear to be in one panick about Oil and Gas supplies. All good for us. Must agree that whatever i looked at regarding Sattar and Cattaneo put me off voting for them completely. Onwards and upwards, roll on West Newton. 1.5p per share at start of drilling? | squiresquire
20/12/2023 13:08 | Plus with today's RNS re CS it proves how badly they lied to us yet again. | uggy100
20/12/2023 13:07 | toon, KS & co. Have assured us that WN is their top priority & they will look at selling Daybreaks assets or the company in its entirety so I have to disagree with you. | uggy100

20/12/2023 07:13 | LNEnergy reported that on 20 December 2023 it filed the Environmental Impact Study ("EIS") for the new small-scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) development plan at the Colle Santo gas field with the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security. This is a further step towards achieving the granting of a production concession at Colle Santo. The study was performed on behalf of LNEnergy by its technical partner Italfluid-Cosmep, and various subsidiary companies of Italfluid-Cosmep, along with several independent technical specialists. As part of LNEnergy's process to reach full project sanction, the Company will focus in the coming weeks on its concurrent effort to secure approval to carry out a long-term test and monitoring of the field. As part of the long-term test programme, the recently formed Scientific Technical Committee, headed by the Engineering and Geology Department of the University of Chieti-Pescara, will preside as a qualified independent third party public institution to verify data collection. | currypasty
19/12/2023 17:45 | Incidently i do take Corelabs as a market leader. Their report was conclusive. WN is a winner if drilled properly. | squiresquire
19/12/2023 14:05 | the business plan says they believe they can source funding for WN and get it drilled in 2024 - that's very positive. It will be interesting to see what deal they do - I cant believe they will simply lend the money to Rathlin, investors will want their pound of flesh. With circa £3m cash, Rathlin can only afford to fund 1/6 of the capex but they own 4/6. Could we see new investors demanding say 2/6 from Rathlin for a couple of million? That would leave Rathlin with 2/6 and maybe £5m or £6m cash to fund their share of capex. Alternatively RBD could have a placing funded by the new investors and buy the 2/6 themselves. time will tell | likeawalrus
19/12/2023 10:56 | Based on the 2 documents shared by iaw I have voted for the new management team. | sleveen
19/12/2023 09:56 | Yet another slosh of dosh ! £400,000 in total... the way this is going hardly worth the fight! as i see it Sattar will just keep Requisitioning till they get the reins for next to nothing. In the circular gives instructions re broker on how to vote. | wisteria2
19/12/2023 08:41 | I don't want us taken out before the WN project is drilled & S&S have appeared at the Old Bailey ! | uggy100
19/12/2023 08:04 | only 1m bought back, so the 20m buy yesterday was someone else lets have a propper bid in cash | currypasty
18/12/2023 21:06 | the new teams plan "Our number one operational priority, on taking up executive positions at Reabold, will be to get West Newton drilled" | currypasty
18/12/2023 18:59 | Their defence is pretty much a rehash of last year's although I believe they're far more worried this time. As they should be. They just won't accept the consequences of their woeful decision making. | uggy100
18/12/2023 16:25 | they can get stuffed | currypasty
18/12/2023 15:43 | For those who haven't seen it yet: | steelwatch
18/12/2023 14:33 | what puzzles me is why Reabold can issue new shares AFTER it has accepted a valid requisition but before the resolutions have been voted upon. I have googled this and it seems to be perfectly ok, the law appears to allow a company to move the goal posts - in this case in favour of the incumbents as they are the geese that lay the golden eggs for the owners of the new shares ie LNenergy directors Taken to its logical conclusion, if a meeting was requisitioned by shareholders specifically to stop a corporate action, that corporate action can proceed after the valid requisition but before a vote, in fact it may be that the company could expedite the corporate action to precede the vote. | likeawalrus
18/12/2023 14:23 | looks like another company buy, 12m why issue with one hand and buy back with the other ? | currypasty
18/12/2023 13:24 | Do my eyes deceive me, or have I just seen two voting instruction tables at my online broker in the first of which the Board's recommendation is "for" [sic] the resolutions to be moved at the EGM! The second states "against". LOL! Worth owning just for the entertainment value. Fwiw my online broker states to vote, I must do so by 5 January (though a PM received there states 4th...). | triskelion |
