29/4/2010 11:43 | Just a hunch fairdeal but wfdiw! Have plenty of these in my isa and trading accounts so happy with the rise as long as its not a false one and we can hold above 4p! | iainmac24

29/4/2010 11:22 | Sparty1, The 'potential reserves' here are much greater and they're for oil, not gas like Kea. They have the political advantage but being invested in a risky area didn't affect the likes of GKP. I doubt its much different here. I see £85mln as way too high before Kea have discovered gas. 29/4/2010 11:15 | Looking very good here for a breakout...resistanc | zac_mo
29/4/2010 11:14 | BNK heavy oil 'manufacturing' in Albania, does everything it sets out to do and will sell out probably next year. Look at a 12 month chart and compare it with just about anything, a good buy now as it has pulled back a bit. Most buying in Canada (Toronto: BNK.TO). Can be held in an ISA as a result. RRL is doing well today. I'm looking forward when a 100,000 shares will cost an awful lot of money and I have held on to mine. | hawks11
29/4/2010 11:13 | cashncard I`m afraid I dont quite agree with your assesment re KEA.As this is not the Kea board I would just say the potential reserves are huge, the offtake agreement is there and distance not a problem and there are no political risks. However like you I have a lot more RRL than kea or cov for that matter. Live L2 over 3mill traded on the lse now. up 17% at the mid price. | sparty1
29/4/2010 11:11 | I'm sitting quietly here. FEP also worth a look | nicksig
29/4/2010 11:08 | On the climb again. Buying at 4.17. From memory this happened around the low 3`s for a while. | sparty1
29/4/2010 11:06 | fairdeal-i strongly recommend AMER-RNS is widely expected tomorrow detailing placing numbers-could be at a slight premium. really good story developing with AMER. | yufff

29/4/2010 11:02 | Fairdeal, I would suggest looking at VST and LFD (TSX). VST and partner Niko are to start drilling on Qara-Dagh early next month. President of Niko, Ed Sampson said in a conference call it (Qara-Dagh anticline) is the largest structure to be drilled since the Ottoman Era. Others say that its three domes make it a look-a-like of the Giant Kirkuk oilfield. In terms of marketcap VST is still cheaper than SEY £140mln?. LFD have a 1902 oil discovery (Chia surkh) on their block which was tested and flowed at rates of 4000bopd+. They are due to drill end of year. High estimate on their block arefor 6bln bbls+. They are cheaper than VST. Its believed that VST and LFD will at some point merge to form a heavyweight in Eastern Kurdistan (that'll rival GKP in western Kurdistan). The management & backers of VST & LFD are all the same people. Just yesterday, news at VST seemed to be indicating a merger is not far-off. Check VST board on advfn and read Zengas posts. Also, significant involvement in VST of Retired US generals with expertise in Iraq/Kurdistan. Very interesting story developing. As always, do your own research. Cash | cashandcard
29/4/2010 11:02 | Now that is good....can we finally break out from 4p though? | monkey puzzle

29/4/2010 10:53 | Something cooking here...hope you are all watching...L2 very strong..buys nearly at full ask 4.25p | ps13
29/4/2010 10:50 | No mostly in gold and base metal stocks - Rnage caught my eye because of the ludicrous valuation. Any other o&g suggestions?? Prefer not to have anything that is £250million and could double in ten years lol... | fairdeal2008
29/4/2010 10:48 | Fairdeal, looks good, recovering ground we lost over the last week or so. Are you in any of the Kurdy oilers? Cash | cashandcard |
