The Monitor, in concert with the Company and the Debtor In Possession (“DIP”) lender have agreed to extend the deadline for the conclusion of Phase 3 by ten days to 5:00pm Newfoundland Standard Time on July 31, 2023. This extension is being granted to afford the Phase 3 Qualified Bidders additional time to finalize their respective binding offers. 12/7/2023 12:10 | "But if it costs more than $3.78 billion to get out the ground it's not a lot of cop. Two companies have failed to extract the ore at a profit" But they have tried to do it on a shoestring with plasters.. Maybe, it needs a rethink? and capital investment.. Some of those grades declared were outstanding.. | radfordp

11/7/2023 21:36 | Any price prediction from fellow investors if we go to auction at 28th July? Any guess ? What the point of having $3.78 billions worth of copper in reserve if we can't sell it for 100+ millions? | didar007
08/7/2023 14:34 | On HZM there are many positives, but there are always unknowns, and one of those is the details of their $633m funding arrangement, particularly the repayment terms and the libor + 4% terms since libor no longer exists. At least HZM secured funding in abundance instead of drip feeding amounts always too little too late like here at RMM. Yes I got it wrong here, but so did the directors who signed the deals and spun out lies. There's a lesson there... | excellance
08/7/2023 14:30 | If 3 of the deep pocket goes for a bidding war can we have $100+ millions based on huge reserve and grade of copper and gold we have ...any guess anyone ? | didar007

08/7/2023 11:02 | With government bonds now yielding over 6% on a two year note, all cash is going into bonds, there's a stampede! I think rates will go higher, maybe 7%, and for a risk free bet that is fantastic. Stock indexes and house prices will suffer until the market sees a peak in rates and a possible change of trend, and that could be six months or a year away. Within that there will be some exceptions, some exceptional bargains at distressed valuations. Rambler is one of those, but whoever buys the assets will get great value. I fully expect the debt to be cleared, plus costs, because if Newgen don't get their money back they've made a big mistake pulling the plug, and I think they already know what certain bidders will offer. We all know that the resource is exceptional, it's just that RMM got their funding all wrong, made some mistakes, and were unlucky with timing too. If someone offers $70m then shareholders get a little money back. | excellance
08/7/2023 10:16 | Guess is a noun: an estimate or conclusion formed by guessing. "my guess is that within a year we will have a referendum" | lekka
