I don't think anyone's under the illusion that it's not going to sold for a song, and below the enterprise value

but with the SISP, maybe the goalposts have changed from 'extracting maximum value for shareholders', but if it came to a proper auction, there may be a few crumbs left over for shareholders, no?

Basically there's a hierarchy with senior debt, Newgen, ranking top, then other creditors, all the way down to equity holders right at the bottom.

Sale documents went to 200+ interested parties .so minimum $100 millions for rmm is a must .I recon 120+ as there is lots if merger and acquisition in now a days.

Write it off and move on..
