11/4/2023 18:36 | If it had been able to go thru a honourable sales process....Auction etc ...Shareholders would have received something..... | amaretto1
11/4/2023 18:34 | Also i might add .....The mine will be sold for a song..And basically none secured debt and shareholders will be wiped out Like I've said previously. The above have been swindled imo | amaretto1
11/4/2023 18:24 | U really need to understand.... a company as not got to be listed ! | amaretto1
11/4/2023 18:05 | why would anyone buy it and pay something to existing shareholders? They can buy it privately after the delist | jasperthemonkeygod
11/4/2023 18:01 | In which case ... they have several interested parties as of yesterday ! | amaretto1
11/4/2023 17:56 | What are the liquidation proceeds? Surely they are the sale of the mine ? | amaretto1
11/4/2023 16:37 | Begbies may be required to do a lot of things but basically they are paid out of Rambler's purse one way or another. Rarely does Begbies or any other practitioner ever comment on malfeasance in any company they are involved with. Indeed it is not necessary to prove malfeasance, as even a failure in duty of care can remove liability. Wasn't there even a failure to inform shareholders of the default until way after the event? Taking a debt based on a fictitious copper price rather than market price? etc. etc. add as many similar to the above and where for months and months, posters often thought that the company was being deliberately run into the ground for someone to take the assets for a song after shareholders money has proved up the mine. (some might believe that to be accurate assessment) No further posts. | pensionplanner
11/4/2023 16:25 | PensionPlanner 11 Apr '23 - 07:52 - 9641 Begbies are required to submit a directors conduct report to the Insolvency Service & unless they find evidence of malfeasance I'd suggest theres no other opportunity or vehicle to challenge the corporate veil. Presumably any shareholders holding any such evidence will submit it to Begbies asap. | elpirata
11/4/2023 15:19 | O/T: I have held BEG for a while, a nice counter-cyclical play..... | tightfist
11/4/2023 11:23 | Well....told you all the bleeding obvious would happen and it did...despite the fantasy stories being peddled hereGood night nurse | presto77
11/4/2023 10:10 | This Company is being liquidated ... the mine will go on. Shareholders come last when it comes to distributing liquidation proceeds. | mallorca 9
11/4/2023 10:05 | this is a stupid outcome, particularly for the local population, and for Transamine. Unless it's desperate high stakes poker move with Transamine, but I doubt that.. Similarly, no chance of flushing out a white knight rescue bid within a fortnight | jasperthemonkeygod
11/4/2023 09:24 | The Company will not be readmitted to AIM and is being liquidated. Sorry for all holders ... I once held here. | mallorca 9
11/4/2023 09:05 | Todays RNS is the fat lady singing. Should have bought shares in Begbies Traynor | trader465
11/4/2023 08:58 | “….only feasible course of action is to place the Company into a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation ("CVL"). Accordingly, on 6 April 2023 Paul Cooper and Adam Shama of Begbies Traynor Group PLC have been instructed in this capacity.” . The disposal of the assets is surely part of Begbie’s remit? Incidentally, I haven't heard the Fat Lady Sing yet…… | tightfist
11/4/2023 07:56 | Can the mine still be sold ? | amaretto1
11/4/2023 07:52 | No, now its up to pursuing the only course of action that was ever viable...removing directors limited liability. FCA like the FSA found sitting on their hands. If London wants more IPO's it has to have an FCA that actually does something, otherwise like many other IPO's that are avoiding London listing, London will just be seen as the scam listing country. | pensionplanner
11/4/2023 07:42 | Now it's up to Begbie Traynor to earn their corn..... | tightfist
11/4/2023 07:35 | You were warned | trader465
11/4/2023 07:32 | Shareholders wiped out | amaretto1

11/4/2023 07:11 | Cancellation of Admission to AIMAs the Company's shares will have been suspended from trading for six months on 28 April 2023, the admission of Rambler's ordinary shares to AIM will be cancelled on that date in accordance with AIM Rule 41THE END! | mrpiggy |
