Make it 20p/share for shareholders to give them some kind of return who trusted on this idiots .if there is a proper bidding war then looking forward to copper potential next year it could go to $110 to $120 millions .remember lots of debtholders are also holds shares in rmm and few institutional investors .they will not let it go anything under 100 million in my view . Not everyone is idiots like newgen and tb ( both are responsible for today's situation, the problem we had could be solved in gentlemen manner and could be good for all of us including newgen ) ...tb ,jm, William lamb and rambler BOD all are equally responsible what actually happened.

The mine will very likely be successful, but only after the existing debt is wiped clean.

Newgen get paid, maybe other creditors get pennies to the pound. Maybe shareholders get a few pennies too, but a bidder will only bid what they believe they can pay and still guarantee a profit.

...but Newgen get paid.

It's valued at approximately 100 M By recent Copper M+ A So in this distressed state ... imo your looking at 50 to 70 M Fire sale ..... Shareholders might get up to 10 pence back ....If it's sold honestly and above board.

Hi amaretto1 .few weeks ago someone post here that somebody from Glencore valued our reserve about 500 million Canadian dollars .I can't remember was it you .
You also said Glencore and VW should be in the bid .
We have 30 millions deffered tax asset ,so really $25 million net debt . We are not producing now for lack of money but copper and gold reserve are there with all infrastructure been built for decades .
We just need few serious buyers who can actually see future unlike newgen and TB .
Everyone here pls try to reach as many buyers as you can .there should be a bidding war for rambler .

PP, has something actionable been lodged with the FCA?If so who has driven it?If it has I will send in a note to a contact at the IC who may write a piece and give more exposure on the matter. Any details welcome :)

Hi thedustyone. I rarely comment on ADVFN. I started the Discord and I understand it's not for everyone. We now have an email members list and a few are kept informed that way.

If you are invested and want to be kept in the loop email me at admin@wikipenny.com

I started the discord long before this debacle as a group of guys I enjoyed debating stocks with got sick of LSE.

Started the discord in 2020 and now looking at building a dedicated server which might be easier to use for all age groups and computer literacy, meaning no need to be a geek.

from the rambler fb group,

Rambler UK is seeking shareholder consent to enter the Creditor Voluntary Liquidation process.

It is the opinion of RIG that the motions proposed should be voted against, as the motives of the Board so far have been against the interests of shareholders, and we fail to see how this, apparently unnecessarily accelerated process, will be any better, or provide any transparency and accountability.

The CVL process may also be used to sell off Rambler Mines Ltd, which holds the rights to Rambler Canada, removing it from ownership of Rambler UK, and so shareholders.

Vote against the motion by contacting your stock broker.

Didar007 (post 9734)

I registered on Discord a while back but frankly I find the platform somewhat tedious and have not been visiting the group as much as I would like. Much easier to follow on here even though one has to deal with all sorts in the process!

I certainly don't expect the FCA to do anything.

I just hope that for once the FCA investigation results in action (but not holding my breath). A censure or action would no doubt make removing limited liability status easy as in my opinion the only way holders would get anything meaningful back will be if limited liability is removed making directors personally liable for an asset they allegedly valued at a billion pounds.

The point they (the BOD)are forgetting is that by the time a compulsory liquidation takes place the SISP process should either be concluded or far enough along to know if any value will be derived. If it can be determined that the SISP will give value then RMM UK won’t be insolvent so liquidation won’t be necessary. If the SISP doesn’t give value, who cares that compulsory liquidation costs more, we’ll having nothing anyway. This RNS is purely designed to scare shareholders into submission imho
