Feels very different today to me too. Calm before the storm. Interesting times coming up here I think.

The increasing likelyhood of mining on our own account, first gives a path to income reducing any court payouts importance imo.

Bitcoin mining ten times cheaper than the rest is a real holy grail. Even doing it for half the cost would be amazing. QBT would be twice as efficient costwise than other bitcoin miners. And why stop at just bitcoin?

Being ten times better, thats an order of magnitude better than all the rest..Got my mind boggling today so adding a few more to the pot lol.

CEO: We are looking at 5 different knowledge intensive approaches in the RnD program to improve the BTC algorithm.
CEO: Many more patents to follow

Our outlay will be small, that is the whole point with the RnD plan.
Also refer back to the first rns regarding Experts findings. Some clues in there.
FG will make wise decision, he won’t be squandering cash away, post pandemic and court case funds will be used very wisely.
Income will be generated Q2-22 to help finance qbt to the next steps.

The revenue/ income will assist FG to leverage our strength /position when seeking final industrial manufacturer of a major chip partner. How much % we may be willing to give away. Court funds will help also. No different to dragons den, when seeking a quality partner.

Prior to industrial which is final phase, we have to order “small batch of chips 1000-8000” max for Self-mining as part of phase2. Maybe select partners within here also? A small batch of initial chips created from prototype is a cheap outlay, which we can finance.


If achieved, it will redefine, $mdollars on a shoestring budget.

Just reading through old RNS as the markets are quite. Remember remember the 5th of November RNS? Could cheap FPGA chips actually compete with the best ASIC miners? That would be truly revolutionary in cost terms as top end ASIC rigs can be $20 k. The Fireworks are in this part imo:-

From 5 november RNS:
Concurrently, QBT’s R&D team is also considering an alternative SHA256 computing approach (which is categorised as the basic Bitcoin mining algorithm), and this will be tested within the next three months. The joint effort by the members of our AI team and the Company’s FPGA expert, could improve the current FPGA hash rate of 2.8GH/s by a highly material multiple factor, making mining by the slower FPGA chip potentially competitive against the best-in-class ASIC chip. Should this route be successful, mining via this method could commence as early as Q2 2022.

Thinking about the implications of this. I would estimate FPGA equipped rigs could be put together for around $2k a rig. Compare that to the 'best in class ASIC chip' that FG mentions, those top of the range ASIC rigs are around $20k, and fast climbing in price as demand amongst bitcoin miners increases.

$2k for FPGA versus $20k for ASIC ......,That would be a tenfold saving in costs if this works.

90% cheaper than other rigs.

OR to put It another way:-

TEN TIMES MORE BITCOIN MINED USING FPGA FOR THE SAME CAPITAL OUTLAY COMPARED TO ASIC RIG COSTS.

Revolutionary if this works out. Imagine having patents on that.

If he reckons there will be a placing sometime over the next decade - that’s probably fair comment and applies to most small cap shares - but there is NO indication a placing is happening in the short term

Nearing 3 weeks MM’s aquiring stock, against increase/deluge of buyers.
Buying trend seems to be getting stronger out-weighing final few traders selling.
Still not enough to get moving?? If you feel lucky this will hit 2p, take out a short:) don’t blame anyone if we get to 5p.
