TLDR LargeChablis. I had prepared a response to destroy your missive but decided I will leave ARB alone for now as, despite your condescending tone, I am still an ARB holder as are many here. We all have bigger fish to fry.

And this is a QBT board.

At Quantum Blockchain Technologies we have the solution to all of the worlds bitcoin miners woes regarding the following issues:1 - Long bitcoin mining rig order lead times. 2 - High amortised costs due to rapid mining rig obsolesence. (Last years models next to useless).3 - Excessive energy consumption.4 - ESG compliance.5 - HIGHEST POSSIBLE HASHING SPEEDThe QBT EQUATION IS SIMPLE = RIGHT PLACE X RIGHT TIME X RIGHT SOLUTION = MAXIMUM SPThese three factors will all COMBINE TOGETHER TO PROVIDE A SUPER POWERFUL MULTIPLYING FACTOR TO THE share price Our time is now. We are sitting at the bottom of the mountain, looking upwards with a broad smile, and all of the climbing kit that we need to get the job done. Bring it on FG...

Steveblaggger. Haha.

Salvation? lol. With nothing to sell? end of 2022 earliest assuming any patents actually get granted and aren't just duplicates of existing IP already developed by the bigger mining tech companies. It's a slow process for patents to get approved. Then of course there are the expensive and difficult hurdles of getting the ASIC design validated and manufactured, but that's a discussion for another day as that obviously needs significant funding.

So Steve, I suggest you grab a pen and notepad as I know you battle with the simple concepts;

The actual cost of Texas phase 1 and 2 construction is $80m, details in the prospectus you obviously haven't read. Costs covered by IPO proceeds.

we already have 1.3EH of miners in our existing North American mining facilities. This will increase to 1.7EH by year end with super duper new S19 rigs being supplied by CS as I type.

There are another 20,000 S19 miners, 2EH mining capacity, bought and funded through remaining IPO proceeds and Senior Note funds, being delivered from Q2 next year to Texas.

So fully funded capacity of 3.7EH

At current mining difficulty that is around 600 to 700 BTC per month, which at a conservative 50K BTC is $30m to $35m revenue per month. That's not allowing for any increases in efficiency from immersion mining, or likely higher BTC prices to come. So as minimum we'll be matching our current 84% mining margin. Each BTC produced at a cost of just over $9k.

The good news doesn't end there though! As currently funded Texas build has 200MW capacity which is enough to support more than 6EH of capacity so that's another $20m a month revenue once installed.

I also see you struggle with how to maximise profits as you are critical of using older mining machines. I'll post again soon to walk you through concepts like ROI, depreciation and maximising usable life of machines.

I'll repost this for you if I notice any of your posts have still misunderstood any of these points.

That is how I see this all panning out.

QBT timing is impeccable in the race to be at the forefront as our friends in china allow way for new entrants, not just any new entrants. Not sure if this pure fortuitous for FG, or a combination of business opens to new opportunity.

Yes ccr, when PW sold out so did I mostly. It will come good eventually, but will not have the rigs needed to be a contender before the great bitcoin top is in. IMO.

Even if they had the money, top of range kits lead times are at least a year and and increasing. PW will wait for the next cycle lows if he has any sense. Then he can buy cheaper rigs again.

The answer to their short term salvation actually lies here imo. Hence the knockers.

£120m spent on a cowshed.
They can't afford rigs to fill it.
Therefore cannot attain the figures you waffle on about.
They need to place for $1.5 billion for that.
The plan is to move all their old miners in, overclock them and hope dipping them in liquid will stop them from blowing up.
What could possibly go wrong eh???????
Loooooooolooooooooooool its all too easy!!!!!!!

"Steve is dead right....a fat lot of good the NASDAQ listing has done."Haha. Apart from raising 120m to fund the construction of arb's state of the art immersion facility in Texas? The one that will be mining 700/800 BTC a month next year worth 40/50m USD per month at current BTC prices? I get that your limited grasp of investing doesn't help you, but considering there are many here who hold both ARB and QBT, trying to present this as some kind of rivalry is just childish nonsense. Anyone who got into ARB last year has one of the best investment returns on the LSE and it has huge growth to come. Lashing out at anyone who dares to question QBT just makes you look a bit sad.

Yes lol. I think so figgy. Time is of the essence now, every day is another step closer to another mining efficiency improvement patent RNS to add to whats already been reported.

Whoever is buying is trying not to spike the price. Limit buy orders fail, incorrect price shown live. Big buy trades hidden and late reported, whilst sells printed pronto. All the tricks in play. Bodes well imo.
