03/8/2024 16:06 | flc and ellipses - chatting to themselves 😂 | ss46
03/8/2024 10:41 | Yes, you are correct and the amounts and transactions are itemised in the report and accounts. As you say, still a lot of dosh and no doubt will double again this year. I would say their cash position will be perilous moving in to September but lets wait and see. I think knock's opinion of how the next few months will pan out is bang on and hopefully they'll be an opportunity to buy into another small spike. | flc
03/8/2024 09:40 | 50K and 138K. Not to be sniffed at tho'. Also why specifically mention the lopsided termination terms. What are the certain circmstances? | ellipses
03/8/2024 09:08 | ...an additional 200k and 288k on top of the 150k | flc
03/8/2024 08:48 | What's more concerning from a corporate governance perspective is that QBT had already paid a shed load of money to Infusion in 2022 before a consultancy agreement was signed. The wording of the RNS is also vague..have those performance awards been paid on top of the £12,500 pm? This just smacks of someone covering their tracks. | flc
02/8/2024 21:31 | Many thanks. Most of those looking for an objective take on QBT follow this board rather than Sharetalk's. I should have posted it here in the first place, but I thought Sharetalk had started to be a bit more discriminating in his 'moderating'. Foolish thought. It has been an interesting end to the week - and not only as regards QBT. I think we are probably in for a volatile few weeks. the big question is whether we get a big general pullback. We are probably overdue one. | 1knocker
02/8/2024 20:35 | Below, as requested pasted to this board, so that sharetalk cannot nobble it, is your post of today 1knocker:No lie, ss46I said not to chase QBT when it was 2p+ and rising.I said to sell QBT when it was more than twice the current SP, not to buy back above 0.8p, and then to sell if and when it reached 1.3p on renewed hype. When it reached 0.8p i rated it a hold for bulls at that price, and a speculative buy at sub 0.7pI sold out myself at 1.7, for a small profit, on the way up (I did not see it going above 2, still less to 3.5p). I have not yet bought back, as I want to see a shift back from disappointment to hype phase and a rising share price before doing so.So far everything has played out as i expected except (1) the spike going above 2p to 3.5p and (2) we don't know yet whether my next sell price (1.3p) will be attained.THE FUTUREI have no crystal ball, but I don't see QBT falling below about 0.6p this year, and do not expect commercial roll out this year, but do expect a new 'hype' phase to start within the next 6 months, with a shift of emphasis from the near term and Methods A and B to different 'medium term' prospects mentioned by PG in his Miami interview. Contrary to some, I do not now expect any further capital raise over the next 12 months. So there you have it. DYOR and make up your own minds. I have no crystal ball, I just go on the information available. If that changes materially my expectations will need to be revised. If there is a significant commercial roll out this year (and whether or not revenue is actually received before the year end) my near term price expectations will almost certainly prove to be far too conservative. To that extent, I agree with the 'you can't afford not be invested here' school of thought. Personally though, I do not expect such roll out this year. If that was likely, I think we would have heard positive news on the 'practical testing' by now. It has been going on for quite some time, so QBT says.GLA, and if I am wrong you can quote this post back at me and I will take the brickbats. | zydecoco
02/8/2024 20:28 | Zydeccco- I predict your mum will disown you | ss46
02/8/2024 19:51 | Well, that is the predicted QBT 0.6X p close realised.May next prediction is a 0.5X p close. | zydecoco
02/8/2024 19:29 | Shattered, Bullrun. Very kind and thoughtful of you to express concern. I think it was the excitement of the AGM which did for me. It ought to be held on a Friday afternoon, to leave a weekend ahead for one's heart rate gradually to return to normal before the market reacts on the following Monday and the excitement starts all over again. | 1knocker
02/8/2024 15:13 | Time for this firm to deliver. | bulgarian
02/8/2024 14:50 | Sorry. You may have a point though. I'm sure FG was a hard negotiator and no mates rates were involved. | ellipses
02/8/2024 14:32 | Ellipses, spoil sport! I was enjoying the mental picture of PG wrestling with the knotty problem of how exceptional his performance had been, searching for superlatives to describe it, and (after signing an appropriate NDA) applying an algorithm (patent pending) developed by QBT* to convert those superlatives into pound notes. Very high tech stuff doncha know. * his real life rather than lab theoretical testing showed that the algorithm only worked on Italian superlatives, so sadly only PG gets an excellence bonus this year. | 1knocker |
