ISTR suggesting QBT might want to contact one of the developers. It looks like there might be one last chance for them but the answer is going to be a no.

Also I did suggest that if QBT wanted to hack the Bitmain rigs they should breakout and probe the header to determine the comms protocol. That's exactly what this person did.

It's a pity Twitter account @ckpooldev has not got the decency to name the company who contacted them.

Like the account says "I told them their claims were bogus and to leave me alone"

You would think the decent thing would be to name and shame then, and yet Twitter account @ckpooldev does not seem to be willing too.

Makes me think they have not got the conviction of what they have said.

Smells a bit suspect this one, especially as it was posted 4 days ago.

Usually the market reacts a lot quicker than this.

So I challenge "Twitter account @ckpooldev" to name them please.

Until we're notified otherwise, this company has achieved nothing in its entire existence other than squandering shareholders money chasing the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow...which BTW is fantasy. Everyone involved has their fingers in other pies and this can only be classed as a PR concoction heading for the dustbin.

For the CEO, the quest seems to be a retirement hobby, or perhaps obsession. He is a smart or (depending on your point of view) unscrupulous cooky though. Most of us spend an arm and a leg on our hobbies, whereas he gets mugs toi fund his. A case of 'heads I win, tails I don't lose'?

'A UK based tech company with big funding claiming to have countless bitcoin mining performance improvements approached me for driver code. After perusing their website claims and (lack of reproducible) achievements to date I told them their claims were bogus and to leave me alone

After thinking long and hard about whether I should name them publicly, I decided not to based on how CSW was able to cause endless pain on his bogus claims on bitcoin despite being nothing more than a psychiatric case with almost limitless money at his disposal.

That said, I'm sure with some due diligence, people could work out who it is I might be referring to.'

So not for the first time, El Numpty Ellipses shows he hasn't got a clue about the patent process. I reported the update on here on 28th Feb that the examination was requested on 23rd Feb.
