Did the competitive tender process begin before the AGM ? What was the reason for a competitive tender process and wanting to change auditors ? Were QFI aware that they had asked BDO to resign ?

Now it turns out that the auditors resigned on 18 January but we were all kept in the dark. It was received at Companies House on 25th.

They had a field day yesterday, talking to themselves, by the looks of it.
Amusing really.... the stock market was mostly down and they concentrate on little ol'QFI down a few percent!
