Yes very good point………and generally speaking, perhaps London would tighten the auditing rules, and reward auditors for discovering any shananiganism designed to deliberately or inadvertently mislead.

Am amazed Aim doesn’t have a rule which should help kick out of the exchange companies which have failed to make the transition from an “idea” to a commercial operation, say after 10-15 years max or so?

One could argue a rare exception might be made for companies where managers are also the major, major shareholders (not employees). Skin in the game concept comes to mind.

Do you think the directors misled the shareholders at the AGM when they recommended BDO continue as auditors and asked for approval of that decision?

Answer just one question?

Why were the shareholders asked to approve BDO as auditors for 2023 only 8 weeks ago?

At no time did the directors state they were considering changing auditors even though they decided that BDO should be reappointed and asked the shareholders (to whom the auditors report) to approve the decision of the directors.

Given the auditors written "concerns" about the viability of QFI, this stinks to high heaven.
