XD 5.3p yesterday. I just topped up with the sharp drop today for no obvious reason, 332 seems too cheap. I fancy a quick 5% on this , separate from my long term holding.

Another sell by Wadey but don't think we can draw any inference wrt future trading or performance. Looking back he has been selling over the past 3 or 4 years whilst the company has traded well (even if not reflected in the share price!)
Anybody know how many he holds now?

Do you know why the vote against the Chair - not obvious to me - he's highly but not unusually highly paid as aFTSE250 chair. Slightly odd that the vote against the RemCo chair (Susan Searle) wasn't similar to the vote on the Rem Policy. We should get a response from the company with that level of revolt.

Just looking at the AGM result RNS.

15.66% voted against Directors' Remuneration Policy.

Also 24.11% voted against re-electing Chairman Neil Johnson.

No chance of a takeover blueclyde, too much UKMOD direct top secret work i’m afraid. QQ used to be UK government owned. Class operation and I am a big fan of the Australia opportunity here but for M&A head over to Chemring or Cohort IMO.

It must be very vulnerable to a takeover by one of the mega cap defenders stocks if the share price stays low. This is cutting edge technology.

Yes, it flies under the radar and I suspect has a bit of a reputation for share price volatility. It also suffers from not being able to talk openly about a lot of what they do. Continues to look good value with little net debt leaving room for acquisitions or capex and a modest PER of 12x. ROCE could do with a bit of further enhancement at around 14-15%, but this would seem to merit a rating c20% higher.

Well just another 20 percent revenue upgrade in the last three months alone and doing very well. The share price is ridiculous is anyone actually aware of this share??

I would not read to much into the fall here. UK shares just being absolutely decimated across the board due to self inflicted politics. Expecting a trading update here in a couple of weeks. At the same time half expecting this company to be taken out on the cheap whilst UK PLC continues its decent.

RNS re Blackrock selling down some of their stake seems to be the reason this did not fly on fantastic guidance. I can see Blackrock sold down across various stocks which is probably due to rebalancing as investors continue to flea Brexit Britain. Hopefully this share can now rise steadily.

Some decent buying on. This share is very cheap. Hopefully it continues to climb before another company takes an opportunistic bid.

Tipped as a BUY in IC FWIW this w/e. They had a similar article the week before;


On the potential takeover issue, the GOVT sold its stake a decade ago but remains with a veto

So not holding my breath...

Possibly you are correct but I really hope you aren't. I want to hold this for a long time in a difficult UK market. I hope I am right in thinking this is an intensively 'people' business - high quality staff, experienced, specialists in highly complex and sensitive areas. I have personally met one or two of them outside the business environment and been impressed. That is to say the capital is largely intellectual rather than material which makes it a riskier takeover propostion for an aquirer. Though they have recently themselves taken the plunge with the Oz and US acquisitions. Anyway I am now going back into my box but wish the company and all holders the best.

Yes. What I am trying to say is that if a company is approached they do not necessarily need to RNS it at first. They seem to have released a lot of RNS recently and spelled out that profits are going to double in the next three years, do not think I have ever seen such guidance from any company. With such great prospects, products and being well below its long term valuation of 15x earnings it may be vulnerable.
