Rog - yes, California is a countries worth of opportunity, and I think they were correct to go there next for the reasons I outlined, but despite the disparate transaction process. So they are already operating in their two biggest opportunities, the UK and California. Success in both locations is in the price, and it gets harder to expand thereafter.
Next would be Australia, then possibly bubbleiscious Canada, and then perhaps states like TX, NY, FL, and perhaps the smaller north east corridor. Really they would need to be focused on metros, not states as that is where the prime areas are concentrated.
