12/12/2017 10:17 | And yet Berkeleys produced a stonking set of results and said the London market is strengthening for their wares. Buywell Bitcoin has a lot more to do with Russia and China than fiat currencies melting down. Anyway Satoshi Nakamoto holds about half of it and another 25% has been lost due to people forgetting passwords and chucking out computers. | ltcm1

11/12/2017 17:41 | a drop in house prices will not necessarily mean a drop in PURP revenue and profits PURP makes it money from transaction volumes, which are at very low levels currently a falling market could mean greater revenue | rogthepodge
11/12/2017 17:30 | A drop in UK property will be very damaging to banks From RightMove today we hear New houses coming to England and Wales markets Av price Dropped 2.6% in last month ie fresh properties to the market ( not new homes) works out to 30% plus annual drop Worse in London at 3.7% monthly drop works out to over 45% ( London leads the rest follow) Wales worse still at 5.2% drop , equals over 60% annual fall IF IT CONTINUES I think we could be in for a 25% drop in 2018 of UK house prices buywell3 - 03 Dec 2017 - 15:23:08 - 149214 of 149335 RBS 'A NEW THREAD II' - RBS Property prices are falling in the UK The labour party let banks go unregulated under Brown 2008 crash resulted Plus current swathe of various miss- selling claims and more still on going A property correction is coming ... when it does banks will not want to be holding circa 20 of the UK property market on their books as repos. What will they do instead ? As Fiat money loses value ... not pegged to Gold It is easy to see why the rise of Crypto Currencies has taken hold What are the banks going to do to stop fiat money from continuing to lose value ? Will their be queues to buy LLOY and RBS taxpayers shares ? GOLD is being held steady by those that have the power to do so .... US Banks for the most part When World property bubbles go pop as interest rates rise ... who will be able to buy the repos ? Most folks have debt issues now, bigger than in 2008 2018 looks set to be a ''reset'' year | buywell3

09/12/2017 09:23 | Lucky, Your charts are very useful, please keep posting them. We are in the run up to news so clearly some are anticipating good news and buying accordingly. Sometimes it's better to travel than arrive, we shall see. At the end of the day it's about the numbers, not the fluff and waffle that accompany them. It looks as though turkey is off the table for me this year :-( Have a good weekend all. | andy
09/12/2017 05:20 | Andy - apols dont mean to ruffle feathers - im only reading the chart - look at the wicks, theyre pointing south - means the wall of buy orders around this lvl have succeeded in pushing the sellers up. Of course any chart can be disrupted by news. | luckymouse |
