they screwed up on door to door loans - collections - not focused inc new business

not difficult to turnaround - and recover significant outstanding payments

Completely agree. Lot of interesting stuff on FT about structural failings and mismanagement. I just got out after hints of hedge funds and the like starting to gear up to heavily short and bad news from board coming.
