I see the same level of denial here as on logp thread by those who fail to see that this deal is dead in the water and its only the fact pvr are desperate to keep it alive they keep extending the date. Pretty obvious apec aren't going to pay up and just a case of how long they keep dragging it out before hey have to announce the deal is dead.

As others hav esaid if Barry Row is such a good investment then why has nobody anyone has heard of farmed in? The fact is nobody else was interested and they ended up finding an unknown partner from half way around the world to supposedly farm in. Seems now they aren't actually willing to part with the money or farm in. Funny how apexa website doesn't even mention the deal even now.

Seems some will only believe it when the company finally issues an rna saying its over and by then expect to see this at 3p or under

Yes there has been a 2.1m trade timed @ 2:15pm. Interesting. It's recorded as a buy on ADVFN because it was @ the top end of the spread @ 7.8p when the spread was 7.20-7.80p. Yet it hasn't caused the expected rise in the share price In fact the quoted spread immediately before this very large trade was higher @ 7.50-8.00p. Very strange. Why is that? Could it be that someone is shorting PVR via a CFD and the CFD provider has bought shares in the market to cover the opening of short position? I'd have thought it would be very dangerous to short PVR, unless you were in the "know".
