Black and White.TOR unable to demonstrate further assurances because there isnt any, very dangerous thing to do. Apec happy to continue Chinese torture. Would love to know what PVRs diligence was pre signing. Too think they dupped TOR with their wooden dollars. Sadly today news confirms TOR out of ideas, cornered and in big trouble. The question is what is Apec's real agenda for PVR and Barryroe?..With PVR always expected the unexpected...

Every week's extension is another $10,000 in TOR's pocket. He'll keep giving extensions as long as possible, even if he knows there is very little chance of APEC coming up with the money. He's had over twenty years of massive wages, he knows that won't continue if this deal falls through.

Exactly Ftj.Even some slight elaboration on these 'assurances' would be something.I really didn't think they'd have the audacity to issue another generic extension today, and genuinely thought we'd know the play either way today. Perhaps they should issue another RNS today, to clarify today's RNS! GL all the same.

Yeah..I agree with you Bear. The RNS lacks transparency. Question in my mind is as follows: Is Tony referring to the same "further assurances" that were mentioned some time back are are these new "Further Further Assurances"? And why the hell can't he enlarge on that by showing an extract from an email for example?

What I find frustrating is that almost every backstop RNS has had similar wording re: the funding delay.Why can't they give a bit more substance or detail in the RNSs, apart from a generic 'Further assurances' comment. It doesn't make good reading, and the market hates uncertainty.By the time the money arrives the share price will have fallen so far that any gain we saw for the permit being granted will be negated.I hope this comes good for us all, but this situation is starting to smell rotten. I just hope I'm wrong.GLA.

I hope the Barryroe project gets finance sorted one way or another.

What nice folks the people backing APEC must be. Providence have issued the P45's and the working capital is near exhausted, but still no urgency about making the payment.

A Deadline without consequences is pointless. Why bother with another extension. Just put ' we'll make a start when we get the money'

Speechless, another extension..What further assurances now to belirve the €9m is being paid. Any credibility left has been shot too bits. Why TOR unable to articulate or provide factual information regarding why payment again has been delayed. RNS again delivers more questions than answers and uncertainty..

Unless there is an RNS by 8.00am I can see a rush for the exit here. Looks like TOR desperately waiting it out as long as possible in the hope that the APEC funds show up in the company bank account later in the day. What an outfit!
