20/8/2019 13:15 | The following paragraph is from today's RNS: "The Company has continued to review and revise its working capital position to reflect the corporate and operational matters outlined above. Accordingly, the Company updates that, in the event that the loan advance is not received by APEC, the date by which it will need to have in place alternative financing arrangements in order to provide it with sufficient ongoing working capital has been extended into the third week of September 2019." "in the event that the loan advance is not received by APEC" As someone has posted on the lse bb is that a "typo"? Or could it be that it is correct and APEC have yet to receive the US$9m from their funders and until they receive that money from THEIR funders they can't pass it on to PVR? It seems a logical explanation. If APEC have yet to receive the money from their funders, why would that be? Coldspy on the lse bb's states that "the oil in place is real". Not so. It's a CONTINGENT RESOURCE and NOT a PROVEN RESERVE. That's why they intend spending US$200m+ on APPRAISAL wells. To turn it from a contingent resource into a proven reserve! Unfortunately Coldspy is just an ignorant ramper. | papillon
20/8/2019 12:35 | mwainw1973 Ready to hit sell button someone tell me why I shouldn't Wouldn't let anyone on a blog board influence your decisions. Every investment carries a risk, this more than most, hence the current shareprice. | ianio5691

20/8/2019 12:17 | When Pvr had the survey permission last year I never understood why they didnt carry on regardless, the survey permission was given and was legal the objection by an t was with the issuing body and should not have had a retrospective impact on pvr if they had completed the survey it couldnt have been undone, now im thinking they didnt go ahead because they didnt have the funds off the chinese and used the an t objection as a covenient reason for stalling it, if thats the case ToR got it wrong. | roadster750
20/8/2019 09:29 | richpassi - I admit I could have chosen a more suitable word. If I was a shareholder I would have! cash - I think it's to late to "boot him out", PVR are surely finished if APEC don't come up with the money. If they could fire him immediately and use what would have been his wages for staff redundancy payments, that would be great. However, unlike the rest of the staff he has a two year contract. It wouldn't surprise me if TOR's last action at PVR was to fire himself and use the last $1 million to pay off his contract. | hoper2
20/8/2019 09:03 | hoper2 This seems a dreadful situation. They are laying off staff with agreements waiting upon money/financing to be signed - what a limbo those people are in. When is O'Reilly going to be booted out? When will major shareholders see the light that he does not have the clout to open up Irelands Oil industry. Cash | cashandcard
20/8/2019 08:58 | Hoper do you not feel 'Work' is pushing it a bit ! Very harsh ;).......hold on I've thought of another word ! | richpassi
20/8/2019 08:51 | "Today, the Company updates that all technical and support staff affected by the proposed re-engineering are no longer reporting to work and that, subject to the receipt of the loan advance or alternative financing arrangements being put in place, final Settlement Agreements agreed between the Company and the staff will be signed and the redundancies will be implemented" So PVR can't even afford to pay staff their redundancy money, but TOR carries on paying himself $500,000 a year in wages. What a piece of work the guy is. | hoper2
