A pretty interesting day here and over at Lansdowne yesterday. Looks like people are taking positions ahead of anticipated Barryroe deal. I'm not expecting the deal to be finalised for another couple of weeks or so.....so my guess is that if the partners issue an RNS today it will be fairly non committal. All may be revealed in the next half hour. Just hoping that people see the long term value on foot of a successful outcome and the rise is not sold into for penny profits.

Rule 11: General disclosure

The AIM company must be satisfied that such recipients of information are bound by a duty of confidentiality and aware that they must not trade in its AIM securities before the relevant information has been notified.However, if the AIM company has reason to believe that a breach of such confidence has occurred or is likely to occur and, in either case, the matter is such that knowledge of it would be likely to lead to significant movement in the price of its AIM securities, it must without delay issue at least a warning notification to the effect that it expects shortly to release information regarding such matter. Where such information has been made public the AIM company must notify that information without delay.

Right now there's only 1000 available at 9.8, for proper volumes (50k+) so is 10.
