Fair comment....by the way I go along with your statement that issuing an ITT does not warrant a notice on company website. Think how many ITT'S a company like Shell issues in a week. Purely everyday business between the company and the prospective vendor. Anyway. They should be a lot further than that stage by now. Order Placement is the milestone that should be made public and it's well due at this point.

If the ITT has been issued already, shareholders wouldn't be any wiser than at present.



No ITT on the web-site, but why would it be made public, whilst in an exclusivity period.

Drilling companies might first want to know how extensive the work program will be, and how it will be funded.

On the otherhand, why not issue two ITT's, the first with Exola and Lansdowne for a single well, and the second for a multi-well program.

Herm I only said that it allows Barryroe to be linked (by association). I don't have an opinion on the matter except for the fact that my investment is currently in the ground and not in my bank account. I of course hope that someone of substance is in 'exclusive talks'

Herm if that logic is to promote competition fair enough, but it also allows the idea of Barryroe to be linked. There's not many here that fancy that idea

Roger, they must have permission from PVR to make such references .. unless they are simply citing Dunmore & Helvick at 'Marginal Type Fields'.

The mfdevco website is very glossy and still mentions Helvick and Dunmore as if that was still happening, but they haven't come up with anything really.

Not in discussions with NUOG. Certain you'll soon see that as mis-direction, and Minty used it to get another raise out of the blocks. Unlucky with the timing.
