This "period of exclusivity" is shaping up to be the longest in history. Everybody apparently in the dark about goings on out in Airfield House. Has the golden boy dropped the ball again? Need to give investors an update about progress or lack of it. They need to get the finger out and get drilling instead of talking!

The FCA also took regulatory action yesterday against Beaufort Securities and a related clearing firm, including halting all regulated activities and initiating insolvency proceedings against both firms. The SEC filed a civil complaint today against Beaufort Securities and Kyriacou

The charges in the indictment are merely allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the SEC alleges that Beaufort Securities Ltd. and Peter Kyriacou, an investment manager at Beaufort, manipulated the market for HD View’s common stock. The scheme involved an undercover FBI agent who described his business as manipulating U.S. stocks through pump-and-dump schemes. Kyriacou and the agent discussed depositing large blocks of microcap stock in Beaufort accounts, driving up the price of the stock through promotions, manipulating the stock’s price and volume through matched trades, and then selling the shares for a large profit.

Indeed they are. No update on Helvick or Dunmore though. Their farm in option expired yesterday. Would have expected an RNS if it had been extended...or even if it had lapsed. Perhaps we will hear something quite soon? I think this could have an interesting effect on their share price

Where is our news on the rig procurement promised early quarter one. We might as well spend the rest on sailing sponsorship soon.
If any more time passes our fabled "Farminee" will wait to see if they can get Barryroe through the liquidator.
O Reilly might have been born with the golden spoon in the mouth. I wasn't. This is my hard earned he plays with. Is this man ever held accountable for his empty promises.
Who sanctions his half baked RNSs. Let's start having some action around here or have they not finished liquifying us to oblivion to their buddies yet.

There is a bit of a change in the structure of some of these deals, the smaller company drilling the well and the major buying an option on farming in/ becoming operator later, as at Druid/Drombeg. More risk to the smaller company if costs overrun, less commitment from the major than the old-fashioned carried interest.
