Basically tor has spoke about farmout on regular basis year after year saying the same thing , maybe saying 'exclusivity period' was just a way to spin the same line a little further..... That time being from 28th DEC till now , we all then thought maybe thus is the time , are we thinking that now ? I'm not :( same old same old tor ! One day he will realise what he is and how he has afforded to to do all he does ! In the end its not about money ,its good to sleep with a clear conscience :)

If we assume that the latest that the period of exclusivity began was 22 December....then the clock has been ticking for 75 days as of today's date. That is almost 11 weeks. Remember that the announcement on 28 Dec stated that the agreement was entered into "earlier in the month"....so the latest that could be was the 22nd, just before the office closed for Christmas, and it could have been prior to that date. Standard times used for planning purposes in equipment procurement are as follows:
ISSUE ITT - 3 WEEKS (Generous)
RECEIVE BIDS - 4 WEEKS
EVALUATE BIDS / PLACE ORDER - 3 WEEKS

Where the hell are we on this? It's taking too long. And the parallel work stream on farmout negotiations with farminee is getting past it's sell by date as well and should have been concluded by now. Very frustrating and IMO it's a scandal that the investors are being kept in the dark about progress or lack of it. Remember that the company have already been out to bidders for expressions of interest and obtained budget prices (supposedly favourable)- So it's not as if they were starting from scratch on this process.

Also they stated at the AGM last summer that they were kicking off work on well planning and permitting activities. So they should have had a hefty head start going in to negotiations ( especially as they have been down this route quite a number of times before and should have had some "lessons learned" and had all their ducks in a row for this latest proposed partnership.
