It's flagged as XOFF ( not on an exchange ) TNCP ( Transactions not contributing to the price discover trade ) NoR, so is likely to be a transfer from one person to anothsr.

So neither a Buy nor a Sell ( edit : But both )

Well the agm is not too far away and i wonder how many pi's will be there to hear the usual cut and paste with a liberal dash of optimistic jam tomorrow thrown in for good meaasure?

There is no roadmap,no milestones and no way of being able to measure progress or lack of except the few rns's that we receive.

IF is paid much more than his role deserves and it is costing us all in dilution. He has responsibility for overseeing the IP patent protection and for "managing" th relationships with By-Health and DSM.That imo does not deserve the six figure package that he is on and the minimal turnover and complete lack of share price growth over 10 years+ underpin my view.

We were originally told By-Health were to have product out by end of 2017.The goal posts just keep getting wider.Conversations with parts of global businesses have been quoted for 10 years or more - not one meaningful deal done.

Only on AIM could you hope to get away with such unmerited largesse - is he still in Australia?

I can't really see us investing a massive amount of time and money into growing the FF market that we'll control.

DSM, with their sales team, havn't really pulled up any trees in that direction, and I don't think we have any unique expertise in that part of that business to make us feel we could do any better.

I expect, well hope, that we'll run the existing customer base as a cash cow while also dealing with the existing pipeline and concentrate more on the ByHealth side of things.

As to us being taken over by ByHealth, I can't see that happening in the short to medium term. Putting in place contracts with a supplier ( us ) for Jan 2023 doesn't sound like the sort of thing that ByHealth would do just before making an offer for a company, but wtfdIk ?

hh - i agree completely on your point regarding developing sales - we would not be able to do that without incurring substantial costs and i do not favour any more dilution.

Disagree totally on your seconbd point - also a buyout requires 75% of shareholders to
agree and a very substantial amount of shares are held in a relatively small number of hands. Those are imo fairly safe hands who are unlikely to sell early doors.

Why would you sell when you do not even know the value of the By-Health deal?

5p atm is wildly optimistic and By-Health would not offer that (initially anyway).
Two years down the line from when sales start flowing from their product and 5p may not be unreasonable.

The price for buyout from BH has probably already been agreed subject to Blue hat or whatever they are going for now
5p will do me

horridhenry - that is a valid point although we still have plenty of cash (over £1 million end March).
DSM must not see a whole lot of future in FF and have decided it is not worth further development costs.

Two ways of looking at everything i suppose.

By-Health are not likely to launch anything for at least another year and possibly longer.

another cash call then to pay for the new sales department etc.
The BH income wont appear for some while yet

I don't see a t/o from By-Health on the cards and i certainly hope it isn't.Most people who are hoping for that are doing so because they are fed up waiting for things to get moving here - they will move, starting from next year as we get a much higher cut of the profits under the new deal with DSM.

Secondly By-Health has the very real potential to bring in material monies - i do not want any offers for our IP to come in until we know what those monies look like.

I haven't invested money in here for 13 years to get taken out on the cheap and investing is for me always a long term game.

Hope i am correct.

Something stirring at last?

The RNS looks like a tidying up exercise prior to Byhealth T/O ?

Can't imagine that we will recruit staff to handle direct sales and pipeline inherited from DSM

All very positive i think

winner - i think they stopped talking over 10 years ago.CC & Unilever - it was confirmed by at least one board member that one of these two walked away beacuse of
lack of exclusivity.

DSM have been something of a disappointment - they have not landed a single major in 10 years.Plenty of talk about globals and parts of globals and not a single signing.

The only people who have got rich are two of the current BOD.Their rewards were alaways thoroughly unjustifiable imho.

HiRP. Questions were asked. The AGM was positive. Let's see what 2023 brings us. Let's also see what deal we get with DSM. Though I guess due to confidentiality we may not know the full picture. As for the shots product from MM there was no way DSM were going to give them exclusive rights. Far to small a company. Someone/s happy at moment as there is a big buy being filled. All IMO of course
