19/8/2023 08:12 | Maybe they have a groundbreaking new ingredient that they don’t want the world to know about!! | winner31
19/8/2023 04:17 | Not guilty your honor :) I was thinking it might be the Chinese firewall but cant understand why that would happen in this instance. | gix er
18/8/2023 20:55 | byhealth's site probably been put behind a Chinese govt firewall. Happens to loads of Chinese sites, though, in this case, I like to think it's because they didn't like Gixer keep asking them questions ! | bareknee

17/8/2023 09:38 | Heart health selling well , pity we haven’t got anything ready yet . What are some of the data highlights from July? Heart health supplements had the highest market share in sales, accounting for 18.85%, with sales reaching 260 million yuan. In addition, TMO observed that while the overall sales trend of overseas health supplements dropped, overseas respiratory nutrition supplements for lung health experienced a significant increase. Swisse maintained its lead in sales with 148 million yuan in July 2023, representing a decrease of 42.32% compared to the previous month. It is worth noting that in July 2023, American brands Allnature and Folotto emerged as unexpected successes, entering the top ten list of sales for the first time since 2023. This achievement can be attributed to the concentrated listings of products. From the end of June to July 2023, Allnature had 23 SPUs listed on Taobao and Tmall, including high-purity PQQ+ coenzyme Q10 mitochondrial beauty capsules. | winner31
16/8/2023 18:05 | I could well be wrong but I think this study could be related to FF as a drug. 160 participants and taking 2 years(1 to go) to complete. Study on the effect of water-soluble tomato concentrate combined with red yeast rice on blood lipid levels in subjects with dyslipidemia hxxps://www.chictr.o | gix er
16/8/2023 07:18 | This was posted yesterday 15th . .3. BY-HEALTH’s operation analysis—̵ Judging from the research, on the one hand, the company signed the "FRUITFLOW® Supply and R&D Support Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with the British PROVEXIS PLC. In this cooperation, the company will exclusively develop and distribute FRUITFLOW® (Qingluosu®) in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Australia. In addition, the two parties also deepened the R&D cooperation, developed FRUITFLOW® (Qingluosu®)-related health food and general food, and allowed the R&D cooperation of drugs to be carried out in the agreed area.".............. | winner31
14/8/2023 08:08 | BH will want to sell FF as cheap as possible after spending a lot on advertising. China is the place that needs it most due to pollution but they are not getting on with it, why not ? TRPs BODs have taken warrants in lieu of wages , IF should be doing the same , to pay his bill he can get a job shelf stacking at Aldi . 100 k A year is ridiculous , more placements more dilution for IFs wages , it's a mugging of PIs. 2529 spot on RP | nestoframpers
14/8/2023 06:18 | I agree BB, we will probably need funds when we need to manufacture more FF or even purchase DSM's remaining stock.(unless the mark up is really good) As for By-Health, well I am hoping that IF will have negotiated good payment terms for when it comes time for B-H to order. An up front payment would be good on a large order so we are not carrying all the risk but who knows. | gix er
12/8/2023 18:45 | I'm pretty much with Winner on the news ( well, lack of news ) at the moment. By now, I'd expected a share issue to have taken place or for us to be told that a loan's been sorted out. On the assumption that if a loan had been sorted out then they'd have had to tell the market ( nothing would surprise me though ) then I think our cashflow over the last few months has been positive Although we'll still presumably need to find a way of funding the manufacturing of FF to supply ByHealth when they, eventually, are in a position to be a substantial purchaser, that doesn't worry me. For the first time in a few years, I'm almost, but not quite, tempted to add to my holding here. BB | bareknee
12/8/2023 16:35 | For me I think any news now will be a definitive to sell or hold , if I can see that they are receiving a decent income now (maybe close to break even) it is only going to get better going forward, I also believe it is too late for a funding round with results only 7 weeks away , so the negatives given in the April update have been in my view all but negated . Of course I might be completely wrong I have been many times with this share but I have backed myself and doubled my holding over the past year . | winner31
12/8/2023 09:46 | nestoframpers - you are frustrated with our CEO and i know the reason why.I put it to all shareholders years ago that we needed to hold the bod to account as they were getting over rewarded at our expense - the response i got spoke volumes. My strategy then changed - i think this should (eventually) come somewhat right but i have no doubt it will not be what anyone expects as the number of shares in circulation are a multiple of what they were 14 years ago when most pi's bought into the hype. This stock has been a hard learned lesson in failing to check out the senior management before buying in - once i saw Moon face to face i could see the ego and the danger in listening to anything he said as the only person he was concerned about was himself. The pi's may well be encouraged by a "recommended" offer to jump ship at some however until the earnings of any future large deal become visible i will be voting no as i am not going to get shortchanged after all these years.I dont have faith in the majority of pi's in this regards although i think the more substantial holders will think long and hard about that scenario. | redprince
11/8/2023 14:39 | I reckon if anything good should happen to PXS ( yawn ) they will spike the share price to get LTHs to get out once they are not under water ( we will be so grateful) , then it will slowly fall and then, out of the blue ....... | nestoframpers
11/8/2023 13:30 | Re We are an r&d co with no experience in sales or crm. Surely our CEO has been in the seat long enough to have learnt everything he needs to know to get PXS noticed . He'd have done better with a sandwich board walking around London than he has. | nestoframpers
06/8/2023 19:28 | And I suppose By health have exclusivity in the Far East ! | winner31
06/8/2023 12:30 | Exclusivity might still be difficult in certain cases when DSM still have the Premix and Market-Ready Solutions supply agreement. | gix er
30/7/2023 20:05 | winner31 - i have mixed feelings about this tbh as we have no experience in this field. We are an r&d co with no experience in sales or crm. However i think the fact that we are a small co who can make decisions quickly without the handicap of layers of bureaucracy is in our favour so in theory we can make whatever deals we want and are able to act quickly should bode well for us. As regards a big player showing interest - they have been saying that for 14 years or more now so i would not get my hopes up until you see the rns confirming it! | redprince
30/7/2023 11:25 | RP , you seem pretty certain that DSM have not been great for us !i tend to agree , do you think with the breaking away from DSM and the “renewed interest “ from a truly global player that we now have control of our own fate! And things might be different if an offer of exclusivity is again on the table ! | winner31
30/7/2023 09:59 | Henry - we probably did meet then - i was first to question Moon about the disastrous SIS acquisition which i never felt was right for us.I could not put my finger on why we Moon was so depserate to buy it at the time - we now know his love of cycling played a major part and frankly his selling of his shares prior to that and the subsequent tanking of the share price said it all.He even had the cheek to buy SIS and raise more funds at our expense. Met him in Bracknell several years after at an AGM and when i spoke to him aft erwards he literally could not look me in the eye as the writing was on the wall by then. DSM dropped the ball with FF - they scared off what was to be a massive publicity and advertising launch for a shot format in the UK by Multiple Marketing due to their refusal to grant exclusivity.Obviousl The shareholders have been weak and apathetic here and i have just averaged down and stuck to my guns with a large holding. Its been a lesson for me about the integrity and back history of the senior management in any company i am thinking of investing in. I am done with AIM after this one. Such is life. | redprince
24/7/2023 11:29 | I reckon FF will be about as popular as the paleo diet , not very popular then, not a market winner , shame as it works. | nestoframpers
23/7/2023 09:06 | Someone picked up over 10m on Thursday didn’t show until Friday , I’m sure they were very grateful for your sell Hh;-) | winner31 |
