Informer i do not believe that you know any more than any other pi here ie rns and company announcements aside you know nothing more.

Please do not try and pretend otherwise because i think we can all see the progress of late without any baseless ramping.

After many years of having to endure ramping and bashing the pi's here do not need to hear anything more than what we should know by way of official news releases from the company.

Bulletin boards are only harmed by people pretending to know otherwise.

If you were party to anything price sensitive then you certainly wshould not be alluding to it on here or any other public forum.

Thanks.Atb.

Clearly good news in today's rns. They have told us what is coming next year and the investors involved in the placing are clearly confident especially given the price and scale of the placing.

I do think we will have a good 2021 here.

Aimho.

I have hot been involved in these threads for many years and have of late not been unable to say too much as bound by MAR but as a serious private investor in PXS - hang in there people - the future is bright.

The only consolation here is that the placing price, year on year is rising....unlike the share price.

By Health had 400 m rmb or £46m in online sales on singles day November 11th

The important thing is how much of that was FF sales ? oh ! nothing , oh well.

Serious Question the those who take FF or have family take FF. Have any of you been severely affected by Covid-19. I'm not trying to make out is is a cure or prevents getting infected but I have socialised with lots of ppl who have tested positive and I always test negative, if anything I am a little p1ssed off that I have spent so much time isolating with nothing to show for it

I can’t see any placing ( if there is one ) being set as. Low as .6p remember they paid Oslo uni @ .69 p ,I would think they would be a bit put out by a placing as low as that .

The next placing is due in the next 4 weeks, I'm guessing it will be at about 0.6pence. We know the share price will fly on any good news so I am thinking of increasing my holding, hopefully around 0.7p which is above my long term average.

About 21 x the U.K. population ,and being pushed by a distributor who really understands the Chinese market ,boom time coming imo

rikid2, Yes the £90k stock is cost to us. We wont be selling retail in China but to a distributor so profit per pack is a guess but we wont have the same selling and distribution costs as we have in the UK.
What we don't know is, would the £90k of stock been higher if we had had the cash to cover it?

FF+ has done reasonably well in the UK with very little to no marketing. Lets see how it does in China with a population far greater than the UK.

Time will tell.

The 90ks worth may have been cost to manufacturer, retail value could be many multiples of that figure.

All guesses , no one knows the details ,I could post a more feasible scenario but I’ll keep my thoughts to myself and see what develops ,all good news imo

90k spent on restocking FF+

Probably about 40 or 50k of that would service existing needs ( direct sales, Amazon and H&B ) for the next 9 to 12 months, though we'll doubtless have had some stock to cover that

I'd be surprised if more than 60k of that 90k run was earmarked for China. Cost to us of a packet of 30 is likely between 4 and 6 quid, call it a fiver, so that's maybe 12,000 packets for China. Even if we're selling them to the distributor for a tenner ( which, to be honest seems unlikely ), that's 60k profit to our bottom line, which would be nice, but not in itself earth shattering.

A lot depends on how often we have to restock based on Chinese sales. If that 90k run sees us through to, say, next summer, then, though nice, the extra cash flow isn't going to set the world alight. In the event that we're ordering 90k's worth of FF+ each quarter to satisfy Chinese demands, then it becomes more significant.

Time will tell, but I can't see us knowing much, in terms of financials, until next Summer.

Basically some big health seller on Ali Express like HnB reckons he can shift 90Ks worth , that is it as far as I can see. Might lead onwards and upwards but ...........
