19/2/2021 18:41 | "Today's rns smacks of rank amateurism as far as i can see?" To me it smacks of closed period regulations that need to be adhered to to comply with MAR. | gix er
19/2/2021 09:50 | Seems like the market has now realised this news is rubbish and down we go again. No more comment from me, for another few months until they raise more money at 0.75 because they will be back looking for me to keep them accustomed to the lifestyle they have.. | twodegrees

19/2/2021 09:18 | Today's rns smacks of rank amateurism as far as i can see?Why would Buck only get around to participating in the last fundraise now?Still at least Buck is being consistent in that he has always been largely surplus to requirements and a drain on shareholder funds. Dsagree strongly with the last poster - the amount raised is too small to be of any material value to the company.Clearly Buck feels positive about the co which is a good thing but they should not have done this at all - the last raise shgould have been more than enough. Sends all the wrong messages to the market. Drip drip and more dilution. Thankfully the market has not taken any notice. | redprince
19/2/2021 09:07 | I’m guessing that sales have increased significantly and they need to make further batches. I see it as great news that boss is buying more shares and I expect good news regarding huge sales across China as this year progresses. Maybe I’m just an optimist but I have high hopes for my investment in this company. | rikid2
19/2/2021 08:56 | WHAT IS GOING ON..... Provexis raise 17 December 2020 Placing of new ordinary shares to raise GBP1.0 million provexis, the business that develops, licenses and sells the proprietary, scientifically-prove The New Provexis Shares will be issued at a price of 0.75p per share (the 'Placing Price'), and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Provexis. No commissions or expenses will be payable on the issue of the New Provexis Shares. The Placing Price represents a discount of 6.3 per cent. to the closing mid-market price per Ordinary Share on 16 December 2020, being the latest practicable date prior to this announcement. and now they raise 19 February 2021 Provexis plc ('Provexis' or the 'Company') Placing of new ordinary shares to raise GBP50,000 Provexis, the business that develops, licenses and sells the proprietary, scientifically-prove Looks to me that this seems a uselesss way to raise money, why only £50,000, oh and a a director buys a tranch of them.. EXCUSE ME, but seems like this is being done to cover salaries and the shareholders in provexis, who have been here for years and years are seeing the same old cycle of raise money to keep the salaries of a few. Anyone agree with me.... What happened to the £1 million that they raised in Dec 2020, what have they done with it | twodegrees
01/2/2021 10:35 | Bareknee - i agree completely.IF has done a fair job especially managing to negotiate the recent placing at a high price thereby minimising further dilution. He has also managed the patent protection process ably which is crucial in terms of maximising the potential future sale price of our IP. I do not think he is comfortable with being in the spotlight and i also believe from conversations with him that he is genuinelly surprised by some fo the shareholder frustration particularly the criticism that has been levelled at himself and DB. However if he stopped to think for a moment how he might feel if the shoe were on the other foot then he might just start to understand why some of that criticism is more than justified. | redprince
30/1/2021 12:05 | There is almost an arrogance about how Ford formally feeds info to ordinary shareholders. Far as I can see there was nothing in that report which justified delaying it for a month, and not having it ready for market opening was bizarre. It's odd really, because he communicates reasonably well on a one to one basis. I suspect he'd be a lot happier if the company was taken private so he could just get on with what he probably considers to be his day job. He pretty much fell into the position due to circumstances and doesn't really seem the type to be the public focus of a company. Still, no-one forces us to have money in here, and we pretty much all know the score on the comms now. Also, raising a million was a major achievement. Anyway, nothing majorly new in the Interims, so we carry on waiting ... BB | bareknee
29/1/2021 14:16 | Yet here we sit and wait and hope for transformational news. One day Rodney... | rikid2
29/1/2021 14:05 | twodegrees - now you can understand why when years ago i requested shareholder support for an agm to stand up to the bod and ask them to justify their ridiculous wages. IF will only speak to the dwindling hand clapping brigade because he knows he cannot justify in any way shape or form his ludicrous pay packet. Consider that he and Buck have had seven figure remuneration for administering a company that has less turnover than a decent kebab shop on Tottenham high street and you will start to get it. IF has millions of share options set at a derisory strike price with no performance requirement whatsoever. The remuneration here has and is costing us all money every month and every year. Ridiculous. | redprince
29/1/2021 13:57 | redprince, greetings, for many years we have heard the same old script, sales up, revenue up, but the amount of sales is very poor and therefore the revenue stream is also poor. However, the directors still draw huge salaries and it seems that fundraising is keeping them happy whilst share holders wait for jam that never arrives. | twodegrees
29/1/2021 13:41 | Yip and sadly i was unsurprisingly mostly correct again.Revenues up marginally and definitely not materially and frankly the only good bit was the test order being placed for FF+ Omega in China via the new distribution agreement. Nine studies from By-Health with nothing launched yet as the SAMR process continues. | redprince
29/1/2021 13:01 | Was hardly worth the wait, how long before they have to raise more funds. | twodegrees

26/1/2021 11:58 | Informer - if you know something you should not even be hinting about it on here or any other platform. To do so leaves you open to suspicion and criticism and rightly so imo. This share like many others has suffered from opportunistic ramping and deramping over many years and the many long suffering pi's like myself are beyond sick of it. If you were being genuine then i still say that your comments should be kept to yourself because to anyone else you are another anonymous person on the internet. My comments on the positive nature of the last rns were my opinion and probably that of many others. Ofc i cannot say whether you know more than anyone else here or not - i am prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt on that - but i stand firm in my assertion that if you are unable to provide evidence of your claim then it it best left unsaid in the first place.
