No problem with opinion. Unfortunately you have a fake interest, multiple logins on here, berate the current team just to then buy more.Go to the AGM and ask your questions, you wont however as you are known to the management team. You should just let go and enjoy your retirement. You offer nothing to investors on this board. Just jaded bitterness like the handful of m&a victims on here. Thing is, if you were good enough you lot aid have survived the culls.Have a good weekend, I'm off to play golf later today.Lou.

Sounds like a good question for the agm then. I was also surprised that wasn't announced Thursday

Would love to know more on this APHP story. If you look into it seems it might be an old Hubwoo customer that they announced a very longtime ago. Maybe ask them at AGM if it's a new client? Be great to know. If its a new deal fantastic win and things could really fly from here. If it's an old deal trying to be dressed up as something else really makes me worried. Would also explain lack of RNS https://www.sicavonline.fr/index.cfm?action=m_actu&ida=82447-cc-hubwoo-rebond-apres-les-comptes

Are you Flirting with me now?
Joking aside, can’t you just accept that there are a range of opinions and all are valid on a board like this? If not, I’d suggest you need to find a darkened room with no internet access and chill the f out.

It's not an assumption Titan

Why does this clown Lewis assume all negative opinions must be the same person using multiple aliases? By the same logic, are all positive opinions one person?? Weird assumption to make.

Durther...I hope you will be a bit more polite at the AGM. I find your language unhelpful. Ask questions but please show some respect to all present

I've made good money out of others that have been more volatile and had a real roller coaster of a ride.

It happens.

JonRaspberry,

Rather than hide behind your many aliases why dont you go to the AGM and ask yourself. Well, in reality as you know them so well, why dont you give then a call or drop an email?

I do find it strange how you have purchased recently and across the decade to which you complain.

Why not sell, move on?

The reality here is that there are various reasons why this hasnt moved forward as per other organisations and I do think misplaced M&A has been part of the cause. Thing is, this has always been the strategy, you/all have known about it and purchased into the prospects.

This one has better prospects now, than anytime in the past.

Lou.

Hi,likely you will find my question quite naive but how it is possible 80k buy drive the price about 1p and 10k sell will do the same opposite way.

Could you tell me the names of those other companies please. Who are Lewis and Kirk. I am only here in light of potential takeover. If you feel the way you do about the Board why bother investing in such a company. I invest in companies where I assess the Board and CEO. And sometimes I get it wrong! I hope my judgement on Bango is correct as I am under water there to date

Yes, I’d like you to ask them the following for me please....

The current BoD have been in place for over a decade, during which time the company has seen no organic growth, multiple questionable acquisitions, disappointing financial results, and it’s products slip down (and then off) the radars of the main industry analysts. Meanwhile companies that were smaller a decade ago, with fewer customers and less revenue, have flourished as this market has exploded. One has achieved a >$10bn market cap and two others >$2bn market caps. With these points in mind, why should investors continue to have faith in the current directors to deliver against the new strategy?

And second question, what is the new strategy, because it surely has to be better than (a) focus better and (b) launch a payment platform. (I’m paraphrasing).

These are questions I’d like to put to the BoD (not Lewis and Kirk, their faithful defenders).

Thanks
