The AGM is next week on 29th. So we should get an update on whether FSP is ongoing or off! If still on then I see the 3 bidders resolving the decision within 10 days of AGM with MM’s and BoD and somewhere between 110 and 125. It will sell!!! Just when, whom and for what is still unclear.

Although 1.20 would be just about acceptable to most people here. There is no chance of that happening.I am also not expecting much from the trading update in feb but the current mkp has huge potential in 2020/2021. Stand alone this should be back to £2.50 within the next 9-12 months.

I doubt much growth this TU.
Pretty flat to slightly up imho.
TBN integration into product is important - that's why they bought Pertect. Demo to show what they got for the $ and what can be done with it as well as APF.

Two price monitoring extensions, suggests backed up buys. Interesting to see when this opens tomorrow and what the after hours shows.

I reckon the reason for the midday drop was the sale of the last LG stock. IMHO

Product demo is likely to be of the financing product given its the only notable new one that investors won't have had the chance to see already.

Doubt it'll affect the price much as the upside is already considered by institutional investors.

The two things that'll make a big difference: trading update that shows growth (for the first time since PC acquisition), or M&A announcement.

Agree Kirk. This has 60p written all over it by this time next week, if not sooner. No reason for it languishing any longer at these low levels. Consistent buying will result in a consistent rise.

Patience all PI’s this is only going one way! The bidders now have only 1 week to decide to buy at 115p, or the PHD BoD will take this to over 150p themselves, with all the new partnerships, products, contracts and incoming revenue, plus write down of debt and introduction of 1p dividend from a July 2020. This all to be announced at AGM next Wednesday!!! DYOR.
